We highly encourage your guests to book via the weblink; however, for those looking to speak with a reservations agent, please have them call (855) 318-4650 and ask for the NationaLease Annual Meeting group rate.

Cancellations:
Room cancellations must be communicated directly to the hotel 24 hours prior to scheduled date of arrival to avoid a penalty equal to one night's room rate, plus tax.

Reservation Deadline:
The hotel will accept reservations, at the discounted rate of $429 plus tax per night until Monday, August 4th, 2026. Rooms will be available until the deadline or until the room block is full.

NationaLease is NOT responsible for making your hotel reservation.
