      Members will get the opportunity to hear from a longstanding Next Gen participant. Member guest will share his/her experiences with his/her own organization, working with a family-owned business, as well as their best practices for gaining the most out of the Next Gen group.

      Members will share their innovative ideas...to win some cash! If you’ve improved it, fixed it, streamlined it, or saved money doing it... this is your stage. You’re either in or you’re out—either way $100 to compete for the pot with an entry, or $200 to opt out. Top 3 ideas split the pot.
