Chairman of the Board, Kris-Way Truck Leasing, Inc., a NationaLease Member
Tom Keefer is currently serving as a member of the NationaLease Board of Directors. Mr. Keefer has been in the truck rental and leasing business for over 30 years. Mr. Keefer began his career with the Hertz Truck Division in 1973 and left Hertz in 1978 to form Kris-Way Truck Leasing in South Portland, Maine where he continues as President. Kris-Way Truck Leasing, a NationaLease Member has grown to be the largest independent truck leasing company in the New England area with eight locations in three states employing 225 people. Mr. Keefer is a past president of AmtraLease and the Maine Motor Transport Association. Mr. Keefer received his B.S. from Stonehill College located in North Easton, Massachusetts. Mr. Keefer is married to Kathy and resides in Cumberland, Maine. Mr. Keefer has five children, two of whom are in the business with him, and 5 grandchildren.
Vice Chairman, Director-at-Large, NationaLease
Dave Renz, presently an independent consultant, retired from Eaton Corporation in 2009 with over 32 years with the company; most recently as Vice President, Sales and Marketing for the Vehicle Group. He also served as an officer of the company. Eaton Corporation is a diversified power management company with 2009 sales of $11.9 billion. Mr. Renz commands a vast knowledge of sales and marketing in OEM and distribution channels, and has an extensive understanding of the commercial vehicle market. He serves as an advisor to Western Michigan University's Haworth College of Business and is a past board member of the Truck Rental and Leasing Association (TRALA). Mr. Renz is married to Carol and has two children and one granddaughter.
Past Chairman, Bentley Truck Services, Inc., a NationaLease Member
Fred Bentley has over 30 years’ experience with truck leasing and truck dealerships. He founded Bentley Truck Services, Inc. in 1991 and has served as president from its inception. Mr. Bentley has worked diligently designing and developing state of the art facilities to accommodate multiple business use and is recognized as a leading regional truck leasing and truck dealer in the Mid-Atlantic States. Mr. Bentley served two terms on the Hino Trucks dealer advisory board and was awarded as the Pennsylvania Truck Dealer of the Year for 2010-2011 and is currently serving on the Pennsylvania Truck Dealers Association’s board. He is married to Donna, has two children, and resides in Woolwich, NJ.
Director, AmeriQuest Business Services and NationaLease
Doug Clark has served as President, Chief Executive Officer, and a director of AmeriQuest Business Services since 1997. His professional experience includes stints in public accounting, investment banking, and as a transportation entrepreneur.
Prior to founding AmeriQuest, Doug was President of Amtralease, a national association of independent full service truck leasing companies. A Certified Public Accountant, Doug was a Vice President and Director of Drexel Firestone Inc., an investment banking firm.
He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Truck Renting and Leasing Association (TRALA) and is Chairman of the Board of AAA South Jersey. Doug also serves on the Executive Advisory Council of Rowan University’s Rohrer College of Business. He was named Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year® 2007 Award Winner in the Greater Philadelphia Region for Excellence in the Service Category.
Doug received his B.A. in accounting from the University of Miami and his M.B.A. in finance from Drexel University in Philadelphia.
Director, C & W NationaLease
Vic Corley is Vice-President of C&W NationaLease, and has proudly served in the leasing business with his dad for over 40 years. He is the driving force that insures C & W NationaLease exceeds our customers' expectations. Mr. Corley calls Abilene, TX, home but he is never more than a four-hour drive from any of the C & W NationaLease locations.
Director, Cummings Leasing Inc., a NationaLease Member
Matt Cummings has been involved with trucks for his whole life; starting in his father's repair shop when he was eight years old. In 1987, at the age of 22, Mr. Cummings bought a share of Cummings Brothers Truck Repair, where he and his brother Roy slowly built up a repair business. In 1994, they started Cummings Leasing, Inc. to compete with the larger leasing companies in the area that were taking some of their repair business. They started with one GMC Astro Cabover and built the fleet up to 100 trucks in six years. In 2000 they started a logistics company and continue to stay profitable. The Cummings family is very active with local community events. Mr. Cummings' hobbies include drag racing, bowling, hunting, weight lifting and he is a 24-year member of the Elks.
Director, Aim NationaLease
Tom Fleming is Chairman and CEO of Aim NationaLease, Aim Integrated Logistics, and Aim Services. In 1982, Mr. Fleming purchased the family leasing company that consisted of 29 vehicles and five employees. Today, Aim operates or maintains nearly 8,000 vehicles with approximately 1,000 employees out of over 100 operations. He is a past board member and Chairman of TRALA and involved in numerous charitable and civil organizations in Ohio. Mr. Fleming is married to his wife Mary and has four children and eight grandchildren.
Director, Fox & James NationaLease
Tom James has been in the truck rental and leasing business for over 30 years. In 1987, Mr. James was appointed President of Fox & James, Inc., a second generation family owned business headquartered in Latrobe, PA. Mr. James currently oversees the company's two Freightliner Dealership locations and four leasing operations in Latrobe, PA, Altoona, PA, Neville Island, PA and Manassas, VA. He has been married to his wife Linda, who is also active in the business, for 27 years; they have three children and two grandchildren.
Frank Sheehan is a retired, successful executive of a Fortune 500 company that was focused on the global medium and heavy vehicle industries. His experience lies within business development, strategic planning, marketing, operations, and finance. Frank has also held various positions in Dana Corporation, including his last, President of International Business. He earned his B.S. from Seton Hall University, is a combat veteran of the USMC, and married.
Jack Zolomy currently serves as a Director-at-Large on the NationaLease Board of Directors. Previously he served on the Board for a number of years in addition to chairing the sales task force and the IT business guidance team and participating in the strategic planning meetings for the system. He started his career in the truck leasing industry with Ryder Truck Rental in 1966. In 1967, Jack joined the Interstate NationaLease team as the Rental Manager. In 1976, he became Vice President of Interstate's parent, Fred Taylor Company. In 1986, the company reorganized and Mr. Zolomy became VP General Manager of Interstate, and was named President in 1992. In 1998, he started Interstate Distribution Services, a Dedicated Contract Carrier as a subsidiary of Interstate NationaLease. In 2003, he became President of TransPower, Inc. a Truck Dealership, and was also named the President of Fred Taylor Company and all its subsidiaries including Interstate Warehouse Services. With Mr. Zolomy at the helm, Interstate NationaLease received the Leadership Circle Award from NationaLease every year since its inception in 2000. He was a member of the Truck Lease Management Council for twenty years and is now serving on the Board of the Truck Rental and Leasing Association (TRALA). Mr. Zolomy has always taken an interest in technology and started consulting with Enrich Software Corp. in October 2010 and in this consulting role now serves as Director – Sales & Marketing. Mr. Zolomy married Fran in 2004 and he has a daughter and two grandsons.
