We highly encourage your guests to book via the weblink; however, for those looking to speak with a reservations agent, please have them call +1.437.886.9667 and ask for the NationaLease Canadian Leadership Summit group rate.

Cancellations:
Room cancellations must be communicated directly to the hotel 24 hours prior to scheduled date of arrival to avoid a penalty equal to one night's room rate, plus tax.

Reservation Deadline:
The hotel will accept reservations, at the discounted rate of $289 CAD until Monday, September 22nd, 2025. Rooms will be available until the deadline or until the room block is full.
NationaLease is NOT responsible for making your hotel reservation.
