Jim Airoldi

Co-President, Airoldi Brothers NationaLease

Jim Airoldi is the Secretary Treasure of Airoldi Brothers NationaLease, the largest commercial truck leasing company in the state of Wisconsin. As a third-generation family owner, Jim has been an integral part of the company’s leadership since 2011 following the passing of his father, Jim Airoldi Sr. Alongside his siblings, Cheri and Mike, Jim has continued the legacy of excellence and commitment that defines Airoldi Brothers. Jim plays a crucial role in overseeing the company's financial health and strategic direction. With deep roots in the family business, Jim is dedicated to upholding the values and vision of Airoldi Brothers while steering the company toward continued success.


Ashley Barber

Senior IT Program Manager, NationaLease

Ashley Barber is a distinguished Senior IT Program Manager with extensive experience in blending technical expertise, project management skills, and business acumen to lead and deliver complex technical projects successfully. Ashley has been with NationaLease since 2023, where she spearheads initiatives including the development of a centralized database for National Account records, the creation of customer-facing dashboards, and the automation of reporting processes. Prior to NationaLease, Ashley dedicated 21 years to GEICO, where she excelled in roles such as Technical Program Manager, Product Owner, Agile Delivery Lead, and leading Command Center Operations. Her tenure at GEICO was marked by her leadership within IT, change controls, and the company-wide rollout of multi-factor authentication, as well as overseeing numerous cyber security and IT audits to ensure compliance and transparency. Additionally, she played a pivotal role in data analysis and strategic initiatives, driving key business decisions and optimizing processes. Ashley consistently demonstrated her ability to align technical projects with business objectives, foster innovation, and drive continuous improvement. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wesleyan College and is certified as a SAFe 5 Scrum Master and in Microsoft Azure Fundamentals.


Griffin Becker

Member Programs Manager, NationaLease

Griffin Becker is currently serving as the Member Programs Manager at NationaLease. In this role, Griffin ensures that NationaLease members get the full benefit of their membership by delivering programs that support business growth, operational efficiency, and collaboration. His work is both strategic and people-centered, helping to strengthen the network and unify independent leasing companies under shared goals. With a strong foundation in operations and member engagement, Griffin supports members nationwide by driving participation, providing valuable tools and resources, and proposing cost-saving programs that help members succeed in a competitive marketplace.

Griffin holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Truman State University, equipping him with a solid analytical and financial background that informs his approach to program development and business support.

Griffin brings energy, professionalism, and a results-oriented mindset to everything he does, making him a trusted partner to NationaLease members and an asset to the organization’s success.


Jane Clark

Senior Vice President of Operations, NationaLease

Jane Clark serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations at NationaLease, bringing nearly 15 years of dedicated service to the organization. In her current role, she oversees Member Services, including Reciprocal Service, Purchasing, Meetings, and National Account Support. Jane strategically manages resources, cultivates strong member relationships, optimizes costs, and fosters collaboration within NationaLease supporting groups. Prior to joining NationaLease, Jane served as the Area Vice President for Randstad, showcasing leadership in the recruitment services industry. Her professional journey also includes management roles with QPS Companies, Pro Staff, and Manpower, Inc.

Jane holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from North Central College and a Master of Arts in Communication from Northern Illinois University, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning. Her proven leadership and strategic vision contribute significantly to NationaLease's operational efficiency and the delivery of exceptional member services.


Ken Davis

Founder, Greentree Advisors LLC

Ken Davis is the Founder of Greentree Advisors, a consulting company to the global vehicle industry. Prior to establishing the company in 2018, Ken spent 31 years with Eaton PLC, most recently as Vehicle Group President. During his time spent in this role, he helped generate $3.5B in group revenue, managed 46 facilities in 15 countries, and led eight joint ventures for the industrial manufacturer. With almost four decades of experience in the global vehicle industry, Ken serves as a member of several joint venture boards of directors, including Eaton Cummins Automated Transmission Technologies, Southwest Michigan First, and Gilmore Car Museum. He received a BS degree in General Management from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.


Joe Gallick

Senior Vice President of Sales, NationaLease

An experienced supply chain executive and spokesperson, Joseph K Gallick is a prominent leader in the truck leasing, maintenance and logistics industry. A graduate of Montclair State University, Gallick has served as a corporate liaison with numerous business and academic partnerships including the Penn State University Center for Supply Chain Research where he was the 2010 recipient of the Penn State University Robert D. Pashek Award for his contributions to the logistics and transportation fields. Gallick is also a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, Truck Rental and Leasing Association, National Private Truck Council, as well as various industry trade organizations.


Kelly Kordowski

Member Services Advocate, NationaLease

Kelly Kordowski is a dedicated Member Services Advocate at NationaLease, where she excels in providing exceptional support to members and ensuring their needs are met effectively. With a strong background in member services, she previously held roles as a Member Services Administrator and National Accounts Administrator, showcasing her ability to manage complex member and customer relationships. Prior to her 20-year tenure with NationaLease, Kelly served as the Manager of Technology Services at Jan-Pro International, where she played a crucial role in implementing their custom franchisee management software.

Kelly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Robert Morris University, equipping her with a solid foundation in business principles and practices. Passionate about fostering strong relationships and driving organizational success, Kelly is dedicated to making a positive impact in her role in Member Services.


Dan Laurencelle

Distribution Safety & Fleet Management, Arctic Glacier

With 36 years of experience at Arctic Glacier Ice, Dan has deep knowledge of nearly every aspect of the business. He’s witnessed the company evolve from a small, privately owned operation in Winnipeg, Manitoba, into North America’s largest ice manufacturer and distributor, now backed by private equity ownership and operating across 70 locations in the U.S. and Canada. Arctic Glacier produces more than 2 billion pounds of ice annually and serves over 65,000 customers.

Dan's core responsibilities include Distribution Safety, Fleet Management (in all its facets), Field Operations, and Acquisitions and Integrations. He also maintains a Class 1 (or Class A) license, ready to step into a truck whenever needed.


Rob Leone

Associate Professor of Leadership and Policy, Niagara University

With more than 20 years of public affairs experience, Rob Leone is a trusted advisor to business, non-profit and government leaders. Rob served as Member of Provincial Parliament for Cambridge during Ontario’s 40th Parliament. Throughout his tenure as a legislator, he was a passionate advocate in matters of education and training, transportation, government finance, and energy policy. He served in the Official Opposition shadow cabinet in the Colleges and Universities and pre-K-12 Education portfolios. He was also the ranking member of the Estimates Committee and worked thoroughly on Ontario’s energy sector and power generation policy files.

Rob holds a Ph.D. in public policy from McMaster University and has held faculty positions at Wilfrid Laurier University in the fields of Leadership and Journalism, and the University of Western Ontario in Political Science. He is currently a tenured Associate Professor at Niagara University in Lewiston, NY, in the fields of leadership and policy. Rob has published in national and international academic journals and has written, researched and taught matters of governance, ethics, cities, Indigenous affairs, development and housing, intergovernmental relations, as well as environment and energy policy.

Rob is a lecturer and opinion leader on public policy, economic development, campaign strategy, political communications and the media, public opinion, and public administration. A frequent media commentator on Canadian and US affairs, Rob enjoys sharing his thoughts and opinions through freelance writing and blogging, along with a broad range of media appearances.

Rob also volunteers his time in minor sports and numerous charitable causes in southwestern Ontario.


Arun Rebello

National Manager, Transportation & Logistics - Market Segment Strategy Group, TD Bank

Arun Rebello is a seasoned financial industry professional with over 20 years of experience across leading financial institutions. Throughout his career, Arun has held diverse roles that have honed his ability to understand and execute complex financial plans, strategies, and credit structures involving a broad range of financial products.

In his current role as National Manager, Transportation & Logistics – Market Segment Strategy Group at TD, Arun leads TD Bank’s Transportation industry strategy across Canada. He oversees the bank’s approach for 3PL, Trucking, Rail, Air, Shipping, and all related aspects of this vital sector, helping clients navigate opportunities and challenges with deep industry insight and tailored financial solutions.


Dean Vicha

President, NationaLease

An industry leader with over 30 years of experience, Dean Vicha's success in the truck leasing industry comes from the principals of personal responsibility, unrelenting perseverance and confidence focused on the growth of the customers, members, and business partners of NationaLease.

Vicha began his career with NationaLease as a National Account Executive for the Midwest in 2005, where he substantially grew the National Account Program to more than $447 million in term sales. In 2008, he became Vice President of Member Services, executing a strategy that provided a sustainable competitive advantage to NationaLease members and growing the membership base. In 2010, Vicha became the Vice President of National Accounts, leading that team to a record-breaking year in sales. In 2012, Vicha was named President of NationaLease, where he helps members increase their market share and decrease their cost of business. In the last decade, he has grown the company in terms of size and scope. Today, NationaLease has more than 1,000 locations and a fleet count of over 184,000 throughout the United States and Canada.

In his downtime, Vicha enjoys spending time with his wife, Whitney and children Riley and Brendan and playing golf or attending a sporting event. Vicha is a 1992 graduate of Illinois State University.
