What You’ll Do
Responsibilities:
Schedule service appointments, reviews recall and PM reports.
Provide a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.
Writes up customer's vehicle problems accurately and clearly on repair order.
Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtains vehicle information.
Checks on progress of repair throughout the day and works closely with shop foreman and service technicians.
Refers to service and warranty history, inspects vehicle, and recommends additional needed service.
Effectively manages team members, including technicians and advisors, to ensure team objectives and sales goals are being carried out.

Contact customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time, explains cost and time requirements in detail, and gets proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed.
Offer exemplary customer service, including maintaining customer relationships and ensuring repeat customers by upselling products and services and taking care of any customer concerns or complaints quickly and professionally.
Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all service department staff.

What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
Computer skills required.
Excellent managerial skills.
4-10 years related experience (preferred)
Persuasiveness and sales-closing abilities.
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen.
Great attitude with a high-energy personality.
