What You’ll Do
RESPONSIBILITES:
Build and maintain relationships with vendors
Work closely with sales team and other branch manager
Check in new vehicles and process documents to appropriate departments
Cover other locations when possible
Complete yard count and upload into Hub system
Keep status of trucks updated
Update work schedule for Tech’s and yardperson
Approve payroll utilizing paycom
Review and enter all RO’s, Invoices and swaps
Order all parts and supplies for the facility including core returns
New truck Prep process from start to finish
Enter and update information in the TQ and TMB screens
Lettering needs for new trucks, existing trucks and accident trucks
Record 360’s of all new and used trucks
PMI’s of all new and used trucks
Approve vacations and arrange for coverage when needed
Support and cover road service when needed including paperwork entries
Maintain a safe and clean work place
Answer phones and respond to emails
