Jane Clark

Senior Vice President of Operations, NationaLease

Jane Clark serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations at NationaLease, bringing nearly 15 years of dedicated service to the organization. In her current role, she oversees Member Services, including Reciprocal Service, Purchasing, Meetings, and National Account Support. Jane strategically manages resources, cultivates strong member relationships, optimizes costs, and fosters collaboration within NationaLease supporting groups.

Prior to joining NationaLease, Jane served as the Area Vice President for Randstad, showcasing leadership in the recruitment services industry. Her professional journey also includes management roles with QPS Companies, Pro Staff, and Manpower, Inc.

Jane holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from North Central College and a Master of Arts in Communication from Northern Illinois University, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning. Her proven leadership and strategic vision contribute significantly to NationaLease's operational efficiency and the delivery of exceptional member services.


Matt Clark

President and Chief Executive Officer, Corcentric

Matt Clark is the President and Chief Executive Officer for Corcentric. He is responsible for setting and steering Corcentric’s strategic vision along with its mission of empowering businesses to do more. His leadership has led to a substantial increase in employees, revenue, and the company’s growing presence in the B2B FinTech space. Since the beginning of 2018, Matt has guided the company through three acquisitions that position Corcentric as a global leader in Source-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash solutions.

Matt is an adviser and guest lecturer for the University of Maryland’s Entrepreneurship and Innovation Program, and is an active member of Vistage Chief Executive Group, which provides peer-to-peer mentoring for DC area business leaders. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland.


Joe Gallick

Senior Vice President of Sales, NationaLease

An experienced supply chain executive and spokesperson, Joseph K Gallick is a prominent leader in the truck leasing, maintenance and logistics industry. A graduate of Montclair State University, Gallick has served as a corporate liaison with numerous business and academic partnerships including the Penn State University Center for Supply Chain Research where he was the 2010 recipient of the Penn State University Robert D. Pashek Award for his contributions to the logistics and transportation fields. Gallick is also a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, Truck Rental and Leasing Association, National Private Truck Council, as well as various industry trade organizations.


Dan Hibbs

Regional Technical Resource Leader, Central Region Commercial Lines

Dan Hibbs oversees the delivery of claims support services, loss control services, property and casualty analytics modeling, and complex Executive Risk, Cyber, Property and Casualty insurance placements for USI’s central region.

Dan is helping to deliver expert risk management advice and best-in-class service to USI customers.

Dan has exceptional background and technical knowledge in strategic program design, implementation, coverage review, retention analysis, collateral analysis, negotiations, and more for upper Middle Market, Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 clients.

Dan has been in the insurance industry for over two decades and has been with USI since 2023. Prior to USI, Dan was Director with Aon for their primary casualty national accounts based out of Chicago from 2016 – 2023. From 2004 – 2016 Dan spent 12 years underwriting and auditing complex primary casualty accounts with Zurich, Arch and excess casualty with Great American.

Dan earned a double-major in Insurance and Business Administration from Illinois State University.

Dan has a passion for helping, training, and mentoring. He has volunteered and a previous member serving on Illinois Board of Higher Education – student advisory committee, habitat for humanity, and Special Olympics. Dan is looking forward to volunteering and coaching local youth sports when his kids become of age.

Dan resides in Kildeer IL with his wife and two young children that help make each day more special.


Bob Hudec

Director, Transportation at Edward Don & Company

Bob Hudec is a seasoned transportation leader with more than 20 years of experience in supply chain and logistics. He currently serves as Director of Transportation at Edward Don & Company, overseeing nationwide distribution and transportation strategy. Bob has held leadership roles at True Value Company, American Hotel Register, Michaels Stores, and ConAgra Foods, where he built expertise in fleet operations, carrier partnerships, and process optimization.


Jake Jacoby

President & CEO, Truck Renting and Leasing Association (TRALA)

Jake Jacoby has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of TRALA since January 2015. Before that position, Jacoby worked as TRALA’s top lobbyist, as the Vice President of Government Relations on a number of issues both before Congress and in the states. He also established TRALA’s first political action committee, TRALAPAC, which has been a great benefit for TRALA’s advocacy efforts over the past five years. Prior to joining TRALA, Jacoby operated his own consulting company which specialized in trucking and transportation matters.


Matthew M. Leffler

Managing Partner, Armchair Attorney, LLC

Matthew M. Leffler is the managing partner at Armchair Attorney, LLC, an Illinois-based law firm; an adjunct professor of law at Michigan State University College of Law; & a member of the board of Velociti, a leading information technology company supporting the connected supply chain. Matthew is also the host & producer of the Armchair Attorney® Podcast.


Chris N. Cheetham- West, MBA

Founder, LR Training Solutions

Chris N. Cheetham-West, MBA is an international speaker, author, and founder of LR Training Solutions. Formerly, he served in a position at Google where he helped businesses use Google products for growth. Not only did his career take him to 48 states, but he also conducted presentations for teams in Serbia, Germany, Canada, and France. Chris helps teams save time and focus on what truly matters, by putting the customer first and using leading technology. He was awarded a scholarship from the National Speakers Association for his MBA. He helps organizations as an AI and customer experience speaker. Chris has worked with teams at global brands such as American Bus Association, Mercedes-Benz, Canon, Charles Schwab, Tractor Supply, and more. He is a speaker who always shares a wealth of actionable ideas that leaders and team members can use right away to make a difference in their success. He is the author of two books, including Leading in a Virtual World, and Digital Marketing for Results.


Jarrett Payton

TV Sports & Radio Host, Public Speaker, Philanthropist; Former NFL Running Back

Jarrett Payton, son of the late NFL Hall of Famer Walter Payton, is a television, sports and radio journalist/host, buisnessman philantropist, motovational speaker, former, NFL and CFL running back, and devoted husband and father.

Payton hosts the highly rated WGN-TVs "GN Sports" program and is the sports anchor for the station 4 and 9 P.M. weekday news. During his broadcasting career, he has held several roles as the featured host on Chicago radio and television stations.

His business success is encapsulated by launching a successful craft beer, creating a premium coffee in the largest grocery chain in Chicagoland, and partnering with two of the most popular bars/restaurants, "Flagship the Fox" sports bar and "Dukes Northwoods" in downtown St. Charles.

Along with honoring his father's legacy of making a difference in the community, Payton's mission is connecting with children of all ages, serving as a role model and stressing the importance of sports, education, and character through the foundation he and his wife Trisha founded: The Jarrett Payton Foundation. The foundation is committed to positiveley impacting the lives of children and adolescents by creating and providing programs that present them with a wide variety of opportunities designed to develop their leadership skills and enrich their lives. He dedicates time to The Walter & Connie Payton Foundation, which is dedicated to taking an active role in helping those less fortunate to find stability while providing positive opportunities needed to live their lives with dignity and pride.

Payton currently resides in the western suburbs of Chicago with his wife, son, and daughter.


Chris Spear

President & CEO, American Trucking Associations

Chris Spear is a government relations specialist with over two decades experience on five continents, serving the transportation, energy and defense technology sectors.

Mr. Spear is President and Chief Executive Officer of the American Trucking Associations, advocating public policy on behalf of the nation’s trucking industry. He serves on the Board of Directors for the American Transportation Research Institute, Trucking Cares Foundation and the Louisa Swain Foundation.

Previously, Mr. Spear was Vice President of Government Affairs for Hyundai Motor Company, serving on the Alliance for Automotive Innovation Executive Committee; Senior Vice President of Legislative Affairs for the American Trucking Associations; Vice President of Emerging Markets for Honeywell International, based in Bracknell, United Kingdom; and, Vice President of Honeywell Global Government Relations in Washington, DC and Brussels, Belgium, managing corporate interests in the US, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Central Asia and Latin America.

Mr. Spear served in the US federal government as Deputy Representative for the Coalition Provisional Authority in Iraq. Prior, he was nominated by President George W. Bush and unanimously confirmed by the US Senate as Assistant Secretary of Labor for Policy. During his appointment, he was the President’s Senior Advisor to the Iraqi Ministry of Labor; Commissioner on the President’s Mental Health Commission; and, Executive Committee Member of the US Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board. Before his nomination, Mr. Spear worked as professional staff in the US Senate.

Mr. Spear is a graduate of the Honeywell Executive Development Program, a recipient of Honeywell’s Premier Achievement Award and was awarded the US Department of Defense Joint Civilian Service Medal. He holds a master’s and bachelor’s degree from the University of Wyoming.


Steve Tam

Vice President, ACT Research

As Vice President at ACT Research, Steve Tam is one of two principal commercial vehicle market analysts. Since being promoted to his current position in October 2008, he was appointed to the Board of Directors and became a Managing Member of ACT Research in September 2016. He also leads the used truck market efforts for ACT. Other responsibilities include project and database management; and collection, analysis, and reporting of specialty data series. In addition to being frequently sought after as a guest speaker at industry events and giving presentations to private companies, you will often see him quoted in industry publications, newspapers and business periodicals.

A graduate of Indiana University, Steve has also served in the military and spent time in various accounting positions at two Fortune 500 companies before joining ACT Research in 2000. He has been involved in the commercial vehicle industry since 1993 and has been vital to the growth of ACT Research over the years.


Jason Turner

Chief Investment Strategies & Head of Multi-Asset Strategy, Great Lakes Advisors

Jason Turner is the Chief Investment Strategist of Great Lakes Advisors. He is a member of the firm’s investment committee, authors market and economic commentary, regularly presents in the media and to professional conferences, and works with client portfolio managers to support institutional and private clients. As the Head of Multi-Asset Strategy, he is responsible for portfolio strategy, asset allocation, and for overseeing the firm’s manager due diligence and selection efforts. He is also a member of the firm’s Operating Committee and Management Committee.

Prior to joining Great Lakes in 2009, Jason served in various roles for Skyline Asset Management and Aon Hewitt Investment Consulting.


Dean Vicha

President, NationaLease

An industry leader with over 30 years of experience, Dean Vicha's success in the truck leasing industry comes from the principals of personal responsibility, unrelenting perseverance and confidence focused on the growth of the customers, members, and business partners of NationaLease.

Vicha began his career with NationaLease as a National Account Executive for the Midwest in 2005, where he substantially grew the National Account Program to more than $447 million in term sales. In 2008, he became Vice President of Member Services, executing a strategy that provided a sustainable competitive advantage to NationaLease members and growing the membership base. In 2010, Vicha became the Vice President of National Accounts, leading that team to a record-breaking year in sales. In 2012, Vicha was named President of NationaLease, where he helps members increase their market share and decrease their cost of business. In the last decade, he has grown the company in terms of size and scope. Today, NationaLease has more than 1,000 locations and a fleet count of over 184,000 throughout the United States and Canada.
