Kevin Shockley

Sales Account Manager, ABS Tag and Title

As a Sales Account Manager at ABS Tag & Title, Kevin works with fleet operators, dealerships, and commercial transportation companies navigating vehicle title and registration requirements across all 50 states and more than 1,400 jurisdictions. He's also the author of The Compliance Corner, a newsletter tracking the regulatory shifts reshaping the industry — from the fallout of the Montgomery v. Caribe ruling to state-by-state enforcement crackdowns on registration noncompliance.

Outside of work, Kevin is a longtime youth soccer coach, referee, and league administrator, and a proud Tampa Bay Lightning fan always up for a conversation about either.
