Technical Support Manager, Cummins Inc.

John Campbell is a Technical Support Manager at Cummins Inc., bringing more than 18 years of experience across engineering, manufacturing, and customer-facing technical support roles. In his current role, he works directly with over 150 on-highway customers, providing technical expertise across multiple engine platforms, leading failure analysis and root cause investigations, and coordinating engineering changes based on real-world field data. John has also developed training policies, procedures, and programs that enable customers to service Cummins products within their own facilities.

Previously, John served as a Machining Manager overseeing ISX12 cylinder head and block operations, where he led up to 60 employees across three shifts and managed a $2 million budget while ensuring quality, uptime, and production targets. Earlier in his career, he held Service Engineer and Product Engineer roles, leading cost-of-coverage and warranty reduction initiatives, supporting field investigations, mentoring engineers, and driving mechanical development projects across critical engine components. John’s background blends hands-on engineering expertise with leadership and customer-focused problem solving.


Jane Clark

Senior Vice President of Operations, NationaLease

Jane Clark serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations at NationaLease, bringing nearly 16 years of dedicated service to the organization. In her current role, she oversees Member Services, including Reciprocal Service, Purchasing, Meetings, and National Account Support. Jane strategically manages resources, cultivates strong member relationships, optimizes costs, and fosters collaboration within NationaLease supporting groups. Prior to joining NationaLease, Jane served as the Area Vice President for Randstad, showcasing leadership in the recruitment services industry. Her professional journey also includes management roles with QPS Companies, Pro Staff, and Manpower, Inc.

Jane holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from North Central College and a Master of Arts in Communication from Northern Illinois University, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning. Her proven leadership and strategic vision contribute significantly to NationaLease's operational efficiency and the delivery of exceptional member services.


Lonnie Cook

Service Manager, Cargo Transporters Inc.

Lonnie Cook grew up in a small town in North Carolina, where he played with trucks in the yard. You can say since childhood, working with trucks has always been in his blood. In 1985, Cook joined the US Army and served 11 years as the Wheeled and Track Vehicle Repairman/Vehicle Recovery. Following his exit from the military, he worked in a small truck shop in central North Carolina, and eventually at a small Freightliner dealership in Hickory, North Carolina. Throughout his career, Cook has fulfilled several roles at the dealership level, from service to engine technician including the rebuild of most heavy-duty vehicles. In May 2014, Cook joined Cargo Transporters Inc. as the Service Manager.


Mary Erlain

Mary is the author of six business books. Her first two books focus on business development, while the other four explore the multi-generational workforce. Her writing provides transformative frameworks for companies navigating generational dynamics, helping teams shift from conflict to collaboration and excellence. Her latest books emphasize the role of Gen Z in the workplace, offering leaders practical strategies to engage and empower the newest generation entering the workforce.

In addition to her writing, Mary is a speaker and presenter. She has delivered keynote addresses, workshops, and training sessions that inspire audiences to embrace values-driven leadership, multi-generational constructive collaboration, and organizational clarity. Her speaking style blends practical insight with emotional resonance, leaving audiences with both actionable strategies and renewed purpose.

With decades of experience, Mary has coached and mentored countless business owners, managers, and professionals across organizations. Her expertise includes leadership development, productivity, strategic planning, and recruiting emerging talent. Beyond business, Mary co-hosts the podcast, Animals Unplugged alongside Greg Markelz, a heartfelt platform dedicated to animal advocacy and education. A lifelong champion for animals, she shares her home with three adopted Great Pyrenees dogs and four rescued cats. Mary lives in Naperville, Illinois, with her husband, Dave. Together, they raised three children-Caryn, Jim, and Bill- and continue to champion community, connection, and legacy.


Adam Mesker

Field Sales Engineering Manager, Daimler Trucks North America

Adam Mesker has worked in the heavy-duty transportation industry for over 20 years. He formerly worked for dealerships, Cummins Inc, Delco Remy, Remy International, and Borg Warner. In his current role with Daimler Trucks North America for the past 9 years, he has been responsible to the up-front spec’ing of new Freightliner and Western Star truck brands making sure the vehicle is going to meet the performance needs of the customer. Mesker is also responsible for all Detroit related components such as engines, transmissions, axles, and collision mitigation systems. He aids in driver training, fuel economy studies, and anything else a customer, dealer or fleet should need. Mesker currently reside in Tampa, FL and committed to the South East US Region.

He has served as a CTO, Facebook Ads coach, best-selling author, and consultant, and has led technology and infrastructure initiatives across creative, e-commerce, and research-focused organizations. His unique blend of technical expertise and business insight allows him to deliver practical, scalable automation solutions that drive measurable results.


Dean Vicha

An industry leader with over 30 years of experience, Dean Vicha's success in the truck leasing industry comes from the principals of personal responsibility, unrelenting perseverance and confidence focused on the growth of the customers, members, and business partners of NationaLease.

Vicha began his career with NationaLease as a National Account Executive for the Midwest in 2005, where he substantially grew the National Account Program to more than $447 million in term sales. In 2008, he became Vice President of Member Services, executing a strategy that provided a sustainable competitive advantage to NationaLease members and growing the membership base. In 2010, Vicha became the Vice President of National Accounts, leading that team to a record-breaking year in sales. In 2012, Vicha was named President of NationaLease, where he helps members increase their market share and decrease their cost of business. In the last decade, he has grown the company in terms of size and scope. Today, NationaLease has more than 1,000 locations and a fleet count of over 184,000 throughout the United States and Canada.
