Andrew Adeniyi

CEO and Founder, AAA Solutions

Andrew is a first-generation Nigerian American and the CEO & Founder of AAA Solutions; a consulting firm that provides workplace culture consulting and training services.

Andrew obtained his bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Corporate Innovation from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington. He then went on to complete his Master of Science from Michigan State University in Management, Strategy & Leadership. Lastly, Andrew received a certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in the Workplace from The Muma College of Business at The University of South Florida.

With over 10 years of executive level management experience, Andrew has helped dozens of clients improve their employee engagement and create a sense of belonging within their organizations.

Andrew currently resides just outside of Indianapolis, Indiana with his wife and three children. He published his first book titled The Circle of Leadership in the Summer of 2020. The book serves as an entrepreneurial framework on how to create and leverage culture. Andrew released his second book titled The Building Blocks of Belonging in January 2024. The book explores the intersection of workplace culture and DEI.


Ashley Barber

Senior IT Program Manager, NationaLease

Ashley Barber is a distinguished Senior IT Program Manager with extensive experience in blending technical expertise, project management skills, and business acumen to lead and deliver complex technical projects successfully. Ashley has been with NationaLease since 2023, where she spearheads initiatives including the development of a centralized database for National Account records, the creation of customer-facing dashboards, and the automation of reporting processes. Prior to NationaLease, Ashley dedicated 21 years to GEICO, where she excelled in roles such as Technical Program Manager, Product Owner, Agile Delivery Lead, and leading Command Center Operations. Her tenure at GEICO was marked by her leadership within IT, change controls, and the company-wide rollout of multi-factor authentication, as well as overseeing numerous cyber security and IT audits to ensure compliance and transparency. Additionally, she played a pivotal role in data analysis and strategic initiatives, driving key business decisions and optimizing processes. Ashley consistently demonstrated her ability to align technical projects with business objectives, foster innovation, and drive continuous improvement. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wesleyan College and is certified as a SAFe 5 Scrum Master and in Microsoft Azure Fundamentals.


Griffin Becker

Member Programs Manager, NationaLease

Griffin Becker is currently serving as the Member Programs Manager at NationaLease. In this role, Griffin ensures that NationaLease members get the full benefit of their membership by delivering programs that support business growth, operational efficiency, and collaboration. His work is both strategic and people-centered, helping to strengthen the network and unify independent leasing companies under shared goals. With a strong foundation in operations and member engagement, Griffin supports members nationwide by driving participation, providing valuable tools and resources, and proposing cost-saving programs that help members succeed in a competitive marketplace.

Griffin holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Truman State University, equipping him with a solid analytical and financial background that informs his approach to program development and business support.

Scott Berrett

Executive Director of Dealer Sales, Wells Fargo

Scott Berrett is an Executive Director of Dealer Sales in the Commercial Vehicle Group at Wells Fargo Equipment Finance. He leads strategic financing initiatives across a nationwide portfolio of OEM dealers, with a strong focus on the truck dealership, lease, and rental industries over the past decade.

Scott recently assumed responsibility for managing Wells Fargo Equipment Finance’s relationship with the NationaLease organization, further deepening his engagement with the commercial vehicle leasing and rental community. He is known for his ability to structure complex financial solutions tailored to the needs of C-suite clients, while aligning with internal risk and return objectives.

He also plays a key role in mentoring new territory managers and advising on cross-functional sales strategies across the broader Wells Fargo organization. Scott holds an MBA from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University and brings a deep understanding of dealership operations, financial analysis, and credit structuring. His insights and experience make him a valuable resource for CFOs navigating the evolving landscape of commercial vehicle finance.


Keith Cadieux

Senior Solution Engineer, Expedient

Keith Cadieux Jr. is a Senior Solutions Architect at Expedient, where he leverages more than two decades of IT experience to design and implement enterprise technology solutions. His career spans senior engineering and leadership roles across industries including healthcare, financial services, and communications.

Prior to joining Expedient, Keith spent over nine years at Fresenius Medical Care North America, where he advanced from Supervisor of Enterprise Virtualization to Manager of Enterprise Systems, leading critical infrastructure and modernization initiatives. Earlier in his career, he served as a Senior Systems Engineer at PAREXEL International, a Systems Engineer at NMS Communications, and a Senior LAN Support Engineer at Sun Life Financial.

With a proven track record of optimizing enterprise systems, guiding infrastructure strategy, and supporting business growth through technology, Keith brings deep expertise in systems engineering, virtualization, and enterprise IT architecture.


Jane Clark

Senior Vice President of Operations, NationaLease

Jane Clark serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations at NationaLease, bringing nearly 15 years of dedicated service to the organization. In her current role, she oversees Member Services, including Reciprocal Service, Purchasing, Meetings, and National Account Support. Jane strategically manages resources, cultivates strong member relationships, optimizes costs, and fosters collaboration within NationaLease supporting groups. Prior to joining NationaLease, Jane served as the Area Vice President for Randstad, showcasing leadership in the recruitment services industry. Her professional journey also includes management roles with QPS Companies, Pro Staff, and Manpower, Inc.

Jane holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from North Central College and a Master of Arts in Communication from Northern Illinois University, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning. Her proven leadership and strategic vision contribute significantly to NationaLease's operational efficiency and the delivery of exceptional member services.


Mike Keese

General Manager, Williams & Stazzone

Mike Keese, General Manager at Williams & Stazzone, specializes in insurance and risk management solutions tailored to the automotive industry. A specialized focus of mine is helping truck dealerships and leasing companies address their unique challenges in cybersecurity, cyber insurance and data governance.

As the industry continues to modernize—from connected vehicles to digital records—cyber threats and regulatory requirements are becoming more complex. My goal in this session is to offer practical guidance that you can apply immediately to strengthen your defenses, protect your data and reduce risk exposure.


Rick LaRose

Deputy Director, IFTA

Mr. LaRose has extensive experience in the motor carrier and transportation industry. His diversified experience in audit, tax administration, management, and program oversight within the International Fuel Tax Agreement in both the public and private sector will be extremely beneficial to our IFTA community as we progress forward with the many challenges we face. Mr. LaRose worked for the Connecticut Department of Revenue Services for 30 years before moving to the private sector. During his tenure with the CT Department of Revenue Services, Mr. LaRose served as Chair of the IFTA Audit Committee, Chair of the IFTA Dispute Resolution Committee, and served as a member of the IFTA, Inc. Board of Trustees.


Bill Markham

Director, Robotic Process Automation & IT Services

Bill Markham is an accomplished technology leader and a key member of the Executive Strategic Vision and Tactical Delivery team, driving client acquisition and executive account management for revenue growth. As Director of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and IT Services, Bill brings deep technical and business expertise across a broad spectrum of IT and enterprise solutions.

Shawn Mills is a seasoned technologist with over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. In 2009, he founded Cloud Source, a technology procurement and advisory services firm based in Chicago. Cloud Source offers solutions from over 400 different technology partners across various categories, such as cloud infrastructure, security, unified communications, network connectivity, contact center, and managed services.

Shawn and his team use a proven process with proprietary research tools and industry analysts to help clients procure and manage technology services more efficiently. They also provide project management and ongoing lifecycle, and expense management of these technology solutions. Abby Morrow

Consultant, Creative Planning Retirement Services

Abby Morrow is a retirement planning specialist based in the Kansas City metropolitan area, currently working at Creative Planning Retirement Services. She earned her degree from The University of Kansas, equipping her with a strong foundation in financial services.

Brian Pietrangelo

Senior Vice President & Managing Director, Key Private Bank

Brian Pietrangelo is Senior Vice President, Managing Director of Investment Strategy at Key Private Bank. He leads the effort responsible for enhancing the communication and effectiveness of investment strategies, guidance and solutions tailored to our clients’ unique needs.

He works directly with our Chief Investment Officer to support sound investment strategies for private and institutional clients and the delivery of solid risk-adjusted investment performance. Brian is a member of Key Private Bank’s Investment Strategy and Oversight Committee, Asset Allocation committee and Portfolio Strategy Committee.


He has more than 30 years of experience in many areas of the investment business and has been quoted in Barron’s, CBS MarketWatch, cnbc.com and other local publications.
Brian earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Miami University (Ohio) and his MBA from the University of Dayton. He also attended the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Executive Education program and holds both Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) and Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) designations as well as previously having the FINRA Series 7 license.


Christopher Soika

Regional General Manager, Daimler Truck North America

Chris Soika is a sales executive for Daimler Truck North America, LLC. He has been with DTNA for 27 years and has held various leadership positions within the Sales and Marketing organization. He is currently the General Manager for the Southeast Region, responsible for On-Highway Sales.


Jennifer Taylor

Senior Manager, Forvis Mazars

Jennifer is a member of FORVIS’ National Advisory Services specializing in IT Risk & Compliance with more than 19 years of experience in financial institution management. Before joining FORVIS, Jennifer was most recently a community bank president following her time as chief information officer and a bank examiner.

At FORVIS, she primarily focuses on performing IT general control assessments, cybersecurity risk assessments, and other cybersecurity-related consulting services to help clients identify and reduce security risks to their most critical data and systems. Such services include offering virtual CIO and CISO roles. She performs testing in accordance with several guidelines, frameworks, and regulations including the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, and FFIEC IT Examination Booklets.

Jennifer is a graduate of Murray State University, Kentucky, with a B.S. degree in business administration and an M.B.A. degree. In addition, she is a graduate of the FDIC Corporate University Financial Examiner School and a graduate of Wisconsin University’s Graduate School of Banking, with a Certificate of Executive Leadership.


Dean Vicha

President, NationaLease

An industry leader with over 30 years of experience, Dean Vicha's success in the truck leasing industry comes from the principals of personal responsibility, unrelenting perseverance and confidence focused on the growth of the customers, members, and business partners of NationaLease.

Vicha began his career with NationaLease as a National Account Executive for the Midwest in 2005, where he substantially grew the National Account Program to more than $447 million in term sales. In 2008, he became Vice President of Member Services, executing a strategy that provided a sustainable competitive advantage to NationaLease members and growing the membership base. In 2010, Vicha became the Vice President of National Accounts, leading that team to a record-breaking year in sales. In 2012, Vicha was named President of NationaLease, where he helps members increase their market share and decrease their cost of business. In the last decade, he has grown the company in terms of size and scope. Today, NationaLease has more than 1,000 locations and a fleet count of over 184,000 throughout the United States and Canada.

In his downtime, Vicha enjoys spending time with his wife, Whitney and children Riley and Brendan and playing golf or attending a sporting event. Vicha is a 1992 graduate of Illinois State University.
