The Financial Officers meeting will take place Monday October 6 through mid-day Tuesday October 7. The IT meeting will take place mid-day Tuesday October 7 though October 8.

Hotel reservations – hotel reservations must be made on your own at Millenium Knickerbocker Chicago by visiting the online portal. Your credit card will be requested to hold your stay and may be charged one night's room rate. Invited Guests who qualify for complimentary stays will not be charged and the one night's rate will be removed upon arrival. NationaLease members, Suppliers, and our Partners will be charged the $419 room fee per night and a $40 resort fee, plus tax and incidentals. All rooms must be booked by September 1, 2025.
Complimentary registrations – Corcentric reserves the right to limit or change the number of complimentary registrations at any time. Customers who meet all qualifications will receive a complimentary registration and hotel stay. Complimentary registrations are limited to two individuals per company. Complimentary hotel stays only include check in and check out in a 'Run of House' room. Guests are welcome to upgrade their room but will be charged the difference from our complimentary room. Additional attendees above the complimentary rate will cost $925 per person to register and $419 per night, plus tax and incidentals and a $40 resort fee, for hotel stays.
Spouses – all spouses are welcome to attend at a discounted registration rate of $415. This will allow access for spouses to attend all meals.
Suppliers – unless you are an approved Premier or Select Partner, you must choose a sponsorship starting at Pewter level. Corcentric reserves the right to adjust your sponsorship if a level was chosen incorrectly and bill accordingly.
Assistance and accommodations – please let us know if we can enhance your event experience with audio, visual, or mobility assistance. We’re happy to help! If you need any special accommodations, please contact Kate Barnes in advance to arrange assistance at the event.
Registration policy – there is no pre-registration for session seating. Please note that session seating is first come – first serve. Registration fees represent the cost of a single pass per person. You may not share passes.
Substitutions – you may substitute a registration to another colleague by sending an email to Kate Barnes. All substitutions must be submitted by September 1, 2025. After this date, there will be a $250 administration fee.
Cancellations/No-Show – due to stringent cancellation policies imposed on us by third-party providers, a cancellation charge of 50% of the registration fee ($925) will apply for all cancellations received less than 14 calendar days prior to the meeting. This cancellation policy applies to registered attendees and any guests that may also be registered. Any 'no-show' attendees/guests will be charged the full amount.
Photography and video – you should be aware that Corcentric will be taking photographs and video in public areas of the conference. We may use such media in marketing materials and publications. Your image and the sound of your voice may be recorded on audio or video tape. If you are identified during the recording or identify yourself by name, that information may be included in our materials. Recordings may be edited, copied, transcribed, exhibited, published, or distributed.
