This cancellation policy applies to registered attendees and any guests that may also be registered. Any 'no-show' attendees/guests will be charged the full amount.

NationaLease, NationaLease staff, or any contracted hotel for our meetings will never call to ask for credit card information, unless you called them directly to book your reservation. If someone at NationaLease is holding a room for you, you will NOT be asked for your credit card information. The room will be held and upon check-in, you will need to present your personal or company credit card.
