About the NationaLease Next Gen Meeting

The NationaLease Next Gen gives NationaLease’s current and future leaders the opportunity to exchange ideas, pursue learning & leadership training, also share strategies to help achieve personal & professional growth and overall success in the NationaLease System.

Day One (Fri, September 12th 8am-5pm).
Opening ceremonies for the Next Gen meeting include welcome and introductions. Members discuss their current business outlook, experiences with their competition and any issues or obstacles they may be facing. The Next Gen invites a veteran NationaLease member to join the group and share their experience and knowledge in running their business. Following lunch, the group will get the opportunity to visit a fellow member’s facility. Full agenda details to be announced…

Day One (6:30pm - ) Dinner
The seminar’s final day wraps up any rating activities and then dives into useful background knowledge of structuring a leasing company. Topics will include operating a leasing company, operations strategies, leadership & management, financial reporting, credit & insurance and service, purchasing & Human Resources.

Day Two (Sat, September 13th) Departures & Optional Networking Activity***
Members have the opportunity to partake in an optional networking activity - TBD.
Who Should Attend? Any current or future leadership/ownership of a NationaLease organization who is college-aged to age 45, but once Next Gen members join the group, we highly encourage them to continue their participation past age 45.

Registration/Fees. Registration fee of $662 The cost of each meeting has been discussed by the group & will be divvied among the group participants. Hotel, airfare and any additional networking activities are not included in your registration fee.

Note: Please note that any registrations cancelled within 30 days of the meeting will result in a 50% cancelation fee.
