Participants are encouraged to highlight their lease and rental breakdowns, contract maintenance involvement, number of locations, and organizational structure—whether family-owned or externally led. We'll also explore key affiliations, such as dealer-related connections, stand-alone leasing operations, and involvement in related services like warehousing or dedicated contract carriage (DCC). This session is designed to spark meaningful conversations, identify similarities, and uncover opportunities for collaboration across the NationaLease network.

Sales Discussion
Joe will kick off this dynamic sales session with insights to spark open discussion among members. The conversation will explore recent wins and losses—including common reasons deals are lost—as well as national sales trends and evolving customer expectations. Members will also discuss the operating systems and platforms they use (such as Enrich), and the potential advantages of aligning technology across the network. The session will include a “two-way street” dialogue where sales teams can share questions or feedback on ownership-level selling, along with an update from the NationaLease team on ongoing inside sales initiatives.
