With more than 15 years of experience in human resources management and employment policies, Stephanie Blecha is a true human resources professional in all human resources functions. In her career, Blecha had managed recruiting process for indirect and direct labor hires by working with a staffing agency and working with management on an improved internal process. In her HR role at Corcentric, Blecha co-led a group to implement a comprehensive performance management process which included tracking employee warnings, performance improvement plans, and documented discussions for non-exempt and exempt employees.

Jane Clark

Jane Clark is Vice President, Member Services for NationaLease. In this position, she is focused on managing the Member Services operation, as well as working to strengthen member relationships, reduce member costs, and improve collaboration within the NationaLease supporting groups. Prior to joining NationaLease, Jane served as Area Vice President for Randstad, one of the world’s largest recruitment agencies, and before that, she served in management posts with QPS Companies, Pro Staff, and Manpower, Inc. Jane received a B.A. degree in Communication from North Central College and an MA in Communication from Northern Illinois University.

She facilitates communication and oversee employee relations matters by ensuring supervisors and managers demonstrate the ability to handle employee disputes, performance improvement actions, and disciplinary actions.

In 2008, he became Vice President of Member Services, executing a strategy that provided a sustainable competitive advantage to NationaLease members and growing the membership base. In 2010, Dean became Vice President of National Accounts, leading that team, in 2011, to a record-breaking year in sales.
