With more than 15 years of experience in human resources management and employment policies, Stephanie Blecha is a true human resources professional in all human resources functions. In her career, Blecha had managed recruiting process for indirect and direct labor hires by working with a staffing agency and working with management on an improved internal process. In her HR role at Corcentric, Blecha co-led a group to implement a comprehensive performance management process which included tracking employee warnings, performance improvement plans, and documented discussions for non-exempt and exempt employees.

Jane Clark is Vice President, Member Services for NationaLease. In this position, she is focused on managing the Member Services operation, as well as working to strengthen member relationships, reduce member costs, and improve collaboration within the NationaLease supporting groups. Prior to joining NationaLease, Jane served as Area Vice President for Randstad, one of the world’s largest recruitment agencies, and before that, she served in management posts with QPS Companies, Pro Staff, and Manpower, Inc. Jane received a B.A. degree in Communication from North Central College and an MA in Communication from Northern Illinois University.

Mary Grace has been the Director of Human Resources for DeCarolis Truck Rental Inc., a NationaLease Member, for over 20 years. In this role, she is responsible for human resource planning, performance management, professional development, legal compliance, employee communication, organizational change management and team building. She facilitates communication and oversee employee relations matters by ensuring supervisors and managers demonstrate the ability to handle employee disputes, performance improvement actions, and disciplinary actions.

Gail Green has been a coach and trainer for over 25 years, focusing on leadership development, team building communication and balance. Gail Green founded Go Green Learning, a leadership development company specializing in customized training and 1-1 coaching that matches the specific needs of leaders, and their companies. Along with her team of dynamic consultants, Go Green Learning thrives in bringing balance, speed and ease to business productivity by assisting managers and leaders to personally change and grow from within. Their focus: transforming your in-vironment. Gail specializes in leadership communication, executive presence, team building, transitioning from manager to leader, and work/life balance.

Prior focuses his practice on defending employers (including Fortune 500 companies) in a wide variety of litigation arising under common law and numerous employment-related statutes. In 2010, Dean became Vice President of National Accounts, leading that team, in 2011, to a record-breaking year in sales.

Detective Wren has been a member of the Phoenix Police Department since 1998. In February 2003, he was assigned to the Unified Command Homeland Defense Bureau. Due to his extensive background and training in the Homeland Security arena, he was assigned as a representative of the Phoenix Police Department to the Arizona Counter Terrorism Information Center (ACTIC), one of the premiere fusion centers in United States.
