Jane Clark

Jane Clark

Jane Clark is Vice President, Member Services for NationaLease. In this position, she is focused on managing the Member Services operation, as well as working to strengthen member relationships, reduce member costs, and improve collaboration within the NationaLease supporting groups. Prior to joining NationaLease, Jane served as Area Vice President for Randstad, one of the world’s largest recruitment agencies, and before that, she served in management posts with QPS Companies, Pro Staff, and Manpower, Inc. Jane received a B.A. degree in Communication from North Central College and an MA in Communication from Northern Illinois University.

Matt Clark

President & Chief Operating Officer, Corcentric

Matt Clark

Matt Clark is the Chief Operating Officer for Corcentric, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring companywide alignment with competitive strategies to enhance marketplace execution and service delivery for Corcentric’s customers. He oversees all software engineering and operational efforts, including implementation, client services, integration, and IT infrastructure. Most recently, Matt was Vice President of Operations for Corcentric. He joined the company in 2004 as Director of Sales.

As a part of the small but mighty team of individuals who advance the mission of Truckers Against Trafficking (TAT), Laura Cyrus uses her gifts, education, and passion to help raise up a mobile army of transportation professionals to help disrupt trafficking networks. She is responsible for growing corporate relationships as it relates to training, engagement, and using corporate influence to spread the TAT message.

Joe Gallick

Senior Vice President of Sales, NationaLease

Joe Gallick

An experienced supply chain executive and spokesperson in the logistics provider industry, Joe Gallick served as the Senior Vice President of Penske Logistics for 13 years after four years as the Vice President National Accounts for Penske Truck Leasing before joining NationaLease.

Joe is a graduate of Montclair State University and currently serves as a liaison with the Penn State University Center for Supply Chain Research. He was the 2010 recipient of the Penn State University Robert D. Pashek Award for his contributions to the logistics and transportation fields, one of only twenty-five academic, governmental or industry professionals honored since the center’s inception. He is also a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, Truck Rental and Leasing Association, as well as various industry trade organizations.

Rob Garcia

Rob Garcia

Robert Garcia, Senior Vice President, Supply Management, manages a team of professionals that focus on providing competitive advantage through strengthened supplier relationships, reduced cost, and improved supplier accountability throughout NationaLease supply chain programs. Rob brings an accomplished executive background in product line management with financial and market analysis expertise. Rob’s professional experience of twenty-eight years includes managing roles in the finance technologies, transportation, construction, logistics, banking, and communications industries. Rob served nine years as Senior Operations Manager for Ryder Transportation Services where he was responsible for managing vehicle operation centers, marketing, and financial activities. Rob earned a BA and MBA - Finance, from the University of Miami.

Casey Lucius

Director of Learning and Development, Moorings Park

Casey Lucius

Following graduation from Ashland University in Ashland, OH, Casey worked as a Legislative Assistant at the Ohio House of Representatives. In 1997, she joined the Navy and began Officer Candidate School in Pensacola, FL, where she was commissioned as a Naval Officer. Casey left active duty in 2005 and joined the US State Department as the Chief of Staff to the U.S. Ambassador, conducted research in various countries and published two books on decision making and political campaigns. In 2017, Casey began consulting with local and state government agencies, primarily assisting with strategic planning. She has worked with the Florida League of Cities, the Florida Association of City Clerks, the Florida Public Pension Trustee Association, and other municipalities. In 2018, Casey was accepted into the Leadership Collier Class of 2019, where she was awarded the James V. Mudd Fellowship.

Jim Meil

Principal, ACT Research LLC.

Jim Meil

Jim joined ACT in June 2014. He is well-known in the commercial vehicle industry and the broader transportation community for his analytics, his insights, and imaginative, yet down-to-earth management presentations.

Jim previously was Vice President and Chief Economist with Eaton, a position he held since 1996. He retired from Eaton after a 29-year career there, serving various roles in planning, treasury, and economics functions. Prior to joining Eaton, Jim had held consulting and management positions with Chase Econometrics and with Burroughs Corporation.

Joe Puff

Vice President of Truck Technology and Maintenance, NationaLease

Joe Puff

He has more than 35 years of experience in complex sales and fleet operations, including extensive experience in commercial vehicle maintenance. Joe is responsible for advising NationaLease members and the National Account team of new truck technology, industry trends, and maintenance best practices.

Dale Tower

Vice President Remarketing, Used Trucks, NationaLease

Dale Tower

Dale Tower is Vice President, Remarketing, Used Trucks, with 30 years experience in the transportation industry. His primary focus is on the development and growth of Remarketing services, which provides AmeriQuest and NationaLease members with a value-added service that frees them of the responsibility of selling their used trucks while obtaining higher gains. Dale previously held executive roles at TEAM Vehicle Sales, NationsRent, Budget Rent-a-Car, and Ryder System, Inc. Dale attended Ricks College in Idaho.

Dean Vicha

President, NationaLease

Dean Vicha

Dean was named President of NationaLease in 2012 and has been with the company since 2005. At that time, he was part of the National Account team in the Midwest, where he helped grow the National Account Program to more than $447 million in term sales. In 2008, he became Vice President of Member Services, executing a strategy that provided a sustainable competitive advantage to NationaLease members and growing the membership base. In 2010, Dean became Vice President of National Accounts, leading that team, in 2011, to a record-breaking year in sales.
