Grant Bradshaw

Grant Bradshaw has over 25 years of heavy truck industry experience in service, parts, leasing and rentals, operation management. From 1993- 2015 he worked for multi-branch Freightliner dealers in Winnipeg, and then Prince George. Grant is also a former NL Canada board member. In 2016 he became the Director of Parts Sales for Volvo Trucks Canada.

Jane Clark

Jane Clark

Jane Clark is Vice President, Member Services for NationaLease. In this position, she is focused on managing the Member Services operation, as well as working to strengthen member relationships, reduce member costs, and improve collaboration within the NationaLease supporting groups. Prior to joining NationaLease, Jane served as Area Vice President for Randstad, one of the world’s largest recruitment agencies, and before that, she served in management posts with QPS Companies, Pro Staff, and Manpower, Inc. Jane received a B.A. degree in Communication from North Central College and an M.A. in Communication from Northern Illinois University.

Nicole Coderre

Nicole Coderre has been the owner of Location NRJ Ltee for 25 years. Born into a family involved in the trucking and heavy machinery and maintenance businesses for decades, Nicole has a wide range of expertise within the industry. Prior to Location NRJ Ltee, she owned a trucking business that carried freight throughout North America, as well as a crushing business. Nicole graduated from university with a degree in Administration and Human Resources.

For over 20 years Mike has represented both the truck (TRALA) and car (ACCRO) rental industries in their dealings with all levels of government across Canada on issues from insurance to Vicarious Liability to taxation to emerging technologies and more. Mike has split his career between the public and private sectors. Following senior positions in the Canadian and Ontario governments as an advisor to cabinet ministers and public agency presidents, Mike founded his own consulting company specializing in helping business understand and work with the public sector. A graduate of the University of Western Ontario in economics and political science, Mike has spent his career working in government and business for the benefit of both.

David Deon

David Deon is the President of Fleet Logic, LLC dba Velocity Truck Rental and Leasing, a privately owned commercial truck rental and full service leasing company servicing the Southwest out of eight locations. In 2011, he was brought on board as the General Manager where he successfully completed the start-up phase of VTRL and was later promoted to President in 2013. Prior to VTR&L, David worked in Fontana, CA, for Scully Transportation Services, a privately owned commercial truck rental and full service leasing company. At Scully, David held various positions over 13 years ranging from Branch Rental Manager to Director of Fleet Operations. Under his guidance and leadership, VTRL has experienced rapid growth in a maturing market.

Dick Finnegan is the author of The Power of Stay Interviews for Engagement and Retention, which is the top-selling SHRM-published book in history. He is also the author of “Rethinking Retention in Good Times and Bad,” which was excerpted by BusinessWeek which said, “Finnegan offers fresh thinking for solving the turnover problem in any economy”. His new books include, The Stay Interview: A Manager’s Guide to Keeping the Best and Brightest, to be published in over 20 languages and audio book, and HR’s Greatest Challenge: Driving the C-Suite to Improve Employee Engagement and Retention.

Dick is a humorous and insightful speaker for conference and corporate events. His day job is CEO of C-Suite Analytics which helps organizations improve engagement and retention including STAYview that guarantees turnover will decrease 20% in the first year or funds are returned. His experience includes solving turnover and engagement in Siberian banks, African gold mines, multi-national corporations in China, and for the CIA, as well as for healthcare, call centers, manufacturing, and other industries in the US.

Joe Gallick

Joe Gallick

Joe Gallick is Senior Vice President of Sales for NationaLease. An experienced supply chain executive and spokesperson in the logistics provider industry, he served as Senior Vice President of Penske Logistics for thirteen years before joining NationaLease. Prior to that, he was Vice President, National Accounts for Penske Truck Leasing for four years.

Joe is a graduate of Montclair State University and currently serves as a liaison with the Penn State University Center for Supply Chain Research. He was the 2010 recipient of the Penn State University Robert D. Pashek Award for his contributions to the logistics and transportation fields, one of only twenty-five academic, governmental or industry professionals honored since the center’s inception. He is also a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, Truck Rental and Leasing Association, as well as various industry trade organizations.

Rob Garcia

Robert Garcia, Vice President of New Business Development, Supply Management, focuses on providing competitive advantage through strengthened supplier relationships, reduced cost, and improved supplier accountability throughout NationaLease supply chain programs. Rob brings an accomplished background in product line management with market analysis expertise. Rob’s professional experience includes several years spent as Division Director of Purchasing with Masterpiece Homes in Orlando, Florida, where he was responsible for all purchasing, supplier negotiations, and supply management activities. Rob also served 9 years as Senior Operations Manager for Ryder Transportation Services where he was responsible for managing vehicle operation centers, marketing, and financial activities. Rob earned a BA and MBA - Finance, from the University of Miami.

Scott Marzec

Scott Marzec

Scott Marzec, Member Programs Manager for NationaLease, is responsible for managing the multiple product and service programs available to our members. Scott has previous experience in the transportation industry, including customer management, fleet management, and sales for STI Services. He also managed the daily operations for fleet marketing company Innovation Group, and was the lead sales rep responsible for the growth of the company’s repair network.

Tyler has been involved with the commercial truck industry and computerized diagnostic repairs for over 15 years. He is the founder and owner of Diesel Laptops, a company specializing in finding the right diesel diagnostic solutions for customers in all diesel engine markets, such as commercial truck (medium- and heavy-duty), construction, and agriculture.

Dean Vicha

Dean was named President of NationaLease in 2012 and has been with the company since 2005. At that time, he was part of the National Account team in the Midwest, where he helped grow the National Account Program to more than $447 million in term sales. In 2008, he became Vice President of Member Services, executing a strategy that provided a sustainable competitive advantage to NationaLease Members and growing the membership base. In 2010, Dean became Vice President of National Accounts, leading that team, in 2011, to a record-breaking year in sales.
