Jane Clark

Senior Vice President of Operations, NationaLease

Jane Clark serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations at NationaLease, bringing nearly 15 years of dedicated service to the organization. In her current role, she oversees Member Services, including Reciprocal Service, Purchasing, Meetings, and National Account Support. Jane strategically manages resources, cultivates strong member relationships, optimizes costs, and fosters collaboration within NationaLease supporting groups.

Prior to joining NationaLease, Jane served as the Area Vice President for Randstad, showcasing leadership in the recruitment services industry. Her professional journey also includes management roles with QPS Companies, Pro Staff, and Manpower, Inc.

Jane holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from North Central College and a Master of Arts in Communication from Northern Illinois University, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning. Her proven leadership and strategic vision contribute significantly to NationaLease's operational efficiency and the delivery of exceptional member services.


Neil Dishman

Principal, Jackson Lewis P.C.

Neil H. Dishman is a Principal in the Chicago office of Jackson Lewis P.C., where he represents employers in workplace law and related litigation. He advises management on complex personnel decisions to reduce risk and control legal costs, and when litigation is unavoidable, he defends employers efficiently to protect their assets and reputations. Neil counsels and litigates a broad range of employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour compliance, and leave issues, serving clients across multiple industries such as real estate, nonprofit, manufacturing, and healthcare. A seasoned trial attorney, he is a member of the Trial Bar of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and has been consistently recognized by his peers, including honors from Human Resource Executive, Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers in America, and Leading Lawyers.


Stephanie Klein, MBA,CPC

Stephanie K. Klein, MBA, CPC, is a sought-after keynote speaker, author, mentor, certified executive coach, leadership trainer, and the CEO/Founder of Mindfire® Mastery. She has empowered thousands of leaders worldwide to achieve greater performance, enhance relationships, and improve well-being. In October 2024, she published the bestselling book, ‘Shining Through Disruption: 9 Mindsets for Igniting Growth to Become an Authentic Leader,’ which was featured in Forbes. Stephanie teaches her widely acclaimed course, Mindful Leadership, at the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business, focusing on increasing emotional intelligence and maximizing potential.

Tracy Levine

Executive Director of the Naomi Ruth Cohen Institute for Mental Health Education, The Chicago School

Tracy Levine, Executive Director at the Naomi Ruth Cohen Institute for Mental Health Eduction at The Chicago School, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience in behavioral health, organizational leadership, and workforce development. She brings deep clinical knowledge along with extensive experience supporting teams, strengthening workplace culture, and promoting individual and organizational well-being.

Throughout her career, Tracy has led programs that build resilience and support children, families, and emerging adults. Known for her engaging and practical teaching style, she helps participants translate mental health concepts into clear, actionable strategies they can apply in their professional and community settings.

Tracy is certified to teach the QPR Suicide Prevention Gatekeeper program and multiple Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) curricula, including Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA) and teen Mental Health First Aid (tMHFA). She holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Michigan.


Erin McKown

Erin McKown is the Director of Athrú, the distinguished Workplace Training and Coaching division of National EAP, Inc. Holding a master’s degree from Fordham University and licensure as a Master Social Worker in New York State, McKown brings over a decade of expertise in leadership development, team building, and program design.
Specializing in custom leadership development programs, she partners with organizations to cultivate strong, effective leaders, enhance workplace culture, and drive meaningful organizational change. With a background as a mental health therapist, she integrates emotional intelligence and psychological safety into leadership strategies, fostering empathetic and resilient workplaces.

Tiffany Rotondo

Director of HR, Jel-Sert

Tiffany Rotondo serves as the Director of Human Resources for The Jel Sert Company in West Chicago, Illinois. She is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience across the full spectrum of human resources functions, including strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, organizational development, and employment law compliance. Tiffany partners closely with leadership teams to align HR strategies with business objectives while fostering positive workplace cultures and driving organizational growth.

Throughout her career, Tiffany has led initiatives focused on leadership development, performance and compensation management, policy development, and workforce planning. She brings a deep expertise in federal and Illinois employment regulations, including FMLA, ADA, EEO, AAP, and FLSA, and is known for providing practical, compliant solutions to complex workplace challenges.

Tiffany holds a bachelor’s degree from Aurora University and is certified as a PHR, SHRM-CP, and Strategic HR Business Partner (sHRBP). In addition to her corporate leadership role, Tiffany serves on the DuPage County Workforce Innovation Board, where she collaborates with businesses, educational institutions, and government leaders to strengthen regional workforce development and advance innovative solutions to today’s talent challenges.


Dean Vicha

President, NationaLease

An industry leader with over 30 years of experience, Dean Vicha's success in the truck leasing industry comes from the principals of personal responsibility, unrelenting perseverance and confidence focused on the growth of the customers, members, and business partners of NationaLease.

Vicha began his career with NationaLease as a National Account Executive for the Midwest in 2005, where he substantially grew the National Account Program to more than $447 million in term sales. In 2008, he became Vice President of Member Services, executing a strategy that provided a sustainable competitive advantage to NationaLease members and growing the membership base. In 2010, Vicha became the Vice President of National Accounts, leading that team to a record-breaking year in sales. In 2012, Vicha was named President of NationaLease, where he helps members increase their market share and decrease their cost of business. In the last decade, he has grown the company in terms of size and scope. Today, NationaLease has more than 1,000 locations and a fleet count of over 184,000 throughout the United States and Canada.

In his downtime, Vicha enjoys spending time with his wife, Whitney and children Riley and Brendan and playing golf or attending a sporting event. Vicha is a 1992 graduate of Illinois State University.
