Jane Clark

Senior Vice President of Operations, NationaLease

Jane Clark serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations at NationaLease, bringing nearly 15 years of dedicated service to the organization. In her current role, she oversees Member Services, including Reciprocal Service, Purchasing, Meetings, and National Account Support. Jane strategically manages resources, cultivates strong member relationships, optimizes costs, and fosters collaboration within NationaLease supporting groups.

Prior to joining NationaLease, Jane served as the Area Vice President for Randstad, showcasing leadership in the recruitment services industry. Her professional journey also includes management roles with QPS Companies, Pro Staff, and Manpower, Inc.

Jane holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from North Central College and a Master of Arts in Communication from Northern Illinois University, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning. Her proven leadership and strategic vision contribute significantly to NationaLease's operational efficiency and the delivery of exceptional member services.


Donald D. Gamburg

Managing Shareholder, Ogletree Deakins

Donald served as the managing shareholder for Ogletree Deakins’ Philadelphia office from 2017 through 2023. Across all industries, including financial services, healthcare, higher education, hospitality, manufacturing, retail, and technology, Donald has an extensive employment litigation practice, representing employers in federal and state litigation involving trade secrets and employment restrictive covenant agreements, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower, wage and hour, FMLA, ERISA, wrongful discharge, torts, and breach of contract. He also effectively handles equal employment opportunity matters before federal, state, and local agencies. In addition to this employment practice, Donald maintains a traditional labor practice, advising on and litigating union matters on behalf of employers involving unfair labor practice and representation proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board; labor arbitrations involving discharge, discipline, and contract interpretation; and collective bargaining negotiations. As a true partner to employers, Donald focuses on preventative counseling to avoid litigation and disputes. Donald’s advice and counseling practice includes the drafting and negotiation of executive employment agreements, severance agreements, and restrictive covenant agreements; drafting employee handbooks and policies; and due diligence and negotiation of labor and employment aspects of corporate transactions. He is a frequent speaker and author on all of these topics.

Glenn Hebert

President, Cox & Smith Risk Management

Glenn Hebert has over 24 years of experience in the insurance industry holding titles and work experience in insurance field operations, property/casualty claims adjusting, commercial lines production, loss control consulting, and management. After working for his family’s Surplus Lines brokerage in high school, he earned his BS in Political Science while working as an independent contractor handling property and automotive catastrophe claims for State Farm. After college, he continued his claims career before transitioning to the retail side of insurance, as a Commercial Lines Producer with an appetite focused on the Energy sector. It was during this time that he worked with various underwriting teams, brokers, and loss control professionals, which ultimately led to a career in underwriting services. Today, he is President of CSRM Incorporated, formerly Cox & Smith Risk Management.

Mr Hebert has worked extensively with Carriers, MGAs, Municipalities, and State program managers, exclusively in commercial lines. For the past ten years, he has managed internal staff and teams of field inspectors. His experience as a generalist allows for the versatility requisite to oversee loss control programs for nearly all industries, including but not limited to, construction, healthcare, energy, artisan contractors, hospitality, habitational, heavy equipment, retail, warehousing, manufacturing, and transportation.

Based out of the Company headquarters in Lafayette, LA, Mr. Hebert maintains his Property/Casualty, Life/Health, and Claims (all-lines) licenses. He also participates in national insurance conferences, ongoing educational classes, and has his H2S certificate. His experience from all sides of the insurance industry offers a unique perspective into the risk management process and approach.

Kelly Kordowski

Member Services Advocate, NationaLease

Kelly Kordowski is a dedicated Member Services Advocate at NationaLease, where she excels in providing exceptional support to members and ensuring their needs are met effectively. With a strong background in member services, she previously held roles as a Member Services Administrator and National Accounts Administrator, showcasing her ability to manage complex member and customer relationships. Prior to her 20-year tenure with NationaLease, Kelly served as the Manager of Technology Services at Jan-Pro International, where she played a crucial role in implementing their custom franchisee management software.

Kelly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Robert Morris University, equipping her with a solid foundation in business principles and practices. Passionate about fostering strong relationships and driving organizational success, Kelly is dedicated to making a positive impact in her role in Member Services.


Lindsay Mareau

Dean Vicha

President, NationaLease

An industry leader with over 30 years of experience, Dean Vicha's success in the truck leasing industry comes from the principals of personal responsibility, unrelenting perseverance and confidence focused on the growth of the customers, members, and business partners of NationaLease.

Vicha began his career with NationaLease as a National Account Executive for the Midwest in 2005, where he substantially grew the National Account Program to more than $447 million in term sales. In 2008, he became Vice President of Member Services, executing a strategy that provided a sustainable competitive advantage to NationaLease members and growing the membership base. In 2010, Vicha became the Vice President of National Accounts, leading that team to a record-breaking year in sales. In 2012, Vicha was named President of NationaLease, where he helps members increase their market share and decrease their cost of business. In the last decade, he has grown the company in terms of size and scope. Today, NationaLease has more than 1,000 locations and a fleet count of over 184,000 throughout the United States and Canada.

In his downtime, Vicha enjoys spending time with his wife, Whitney and children Riley and Brendan and playing golf or attending a sporting event. Vicha is a 1992 graduate of Illinois State University.


Lauren Williams

CEO, Workplace Harmony

Workplace Harmony CEO, Lauren Williams, SPHR is a self-proclaimed Human Resources Firecracker and all around good human being. Lauren started her career in Corporate Finance, Accounting and Human Resources for growing technology start-ups. What started out as a fun part of her job, quickly became a passion to better the workplace and encourage a positive evolution of the employee experience. Lauren holds an undergraduate degree in Finance & Economics from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and a Master's of Arts from Immaculata University in Organizational Effectiveness.

 

With over 20 years of Human Resources experience in high growth, fast paced environments, Lauren doesn't shy away from a challenge and typically will utilize her influential attitude and people skills to rally the workforce to maximize their full potential. She applies her positive attitude and creativity to all of her projects. Lauren cares deeply about the employee experience and how workplaces can leverage their culture to increase employee engagement, retention and empowerment.


In her personal time Lauren serves as Vice President on the Board of Pottstown Beacon of Hope, an organization whose mission is to eradicate housing insecurity in Pottstown.

On any given day you can find Lauren laughing, cooking for her family, and helping her husband find his keys, rapping loudly to 90's hip-hop in her mom-mobile, and satisfying her addiction to retail therapy.
