Jane Clark is Vice President, Member Services for NationaLease. In this position, she is focused on managing the Member Services operation, as well as working to strengthen member relationships, reduce member costs, and improve collaboration within the NationaLease supporting groups. Prior to joining NationaLease, Jane served as Area Vice President for Randstad, one of the world’s largest recruitment agencies, and before that, she served in management posts with QPS Companies, Pro Staff, and Manpower, Inc. Jane received a B.A. degree in Communication from North Central College and an M.A. in Communication from Northern Illinois University.

Neil Dishman is a popular speaker and expert in the field of workplace law and related litigation. As an attorney, he helps employers reduce risk and minimize legal costs by giving advice on personnel decisions before litigation ensues. Mr. Dishman was named to the 2013 Best Lawyers in America list, and he has been named to the annual list of “Rising Stars” by Super Lawyers magazine, a distinction accorded to no more than 2.5% of Illinois lawyers, in every year from 2009 to the present.

Sue is Vice President of Human Resources at Lawson Products, where she has worked for over 26 years. Sue is responsible for employee relations, organizational design, strategic planning, performance and talent management, and communications. Sue is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.

Maria Faletti is the Client Relationship Executive for ADP Resource Services in the Midwest Region. With 20 years of professional HR and Training experience in Financial Services, Hospitality, and Venture Capital, Maria brings a balanced approach to training that is relevant, engaging, and results driven. Maria earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, MA and her Master’s Degree in Public Policy with a concentration in HR Development from Georgia State University.

Ian served for over 20 years in the Royal Navy as a Chief Petty Officer, Air Traffic Control Specialist, and Senior Careers Advisor, where he selected the best suited candidates for over 70 different career specializations. He has also worked as a Veterans Employment Specialist and managed veterans’ Programs that assisted veterans in obtaining gainful employment. Ian is currently the Employment Services Director at Universal Technical Institute where his goal is to enable all UTI graduates to secure employment in their chosen field.

Carrie is a human resources professional with over 15 years of experience. She has worked in a variety of fields from manufacturing to corporate offices, including the Navistar headquarters. Carrie is currently the Director of Human Resources for Compusystems, where she is responsible for organizational development, workforce planning, employee relations, and talent management.

Cathy has over 25 years of experience in Corporate Communication. She currently works as Communication Manager for Lawson Products where she supports strategic business objectives, including their recruiting initiatives, through employee engagement, employee communications, social media and public relations.

Iris has 15 years of experience in staffing, recruiting and sales and management functions. Currently, she is Director of National Accounts for Accurate Personnel Services. She previously held posts at QPS Companies, Pro Staff, and Manpower.

Michelle has current responsibilities supporting Jones Lang LaSalle’s (JLL) Corporate Solutions account delivery managing teams in the Northeast and Central region. Ms. Momeyer is a trusted advisor and responsible for partnering with the business in driving and executing on the overall Human Resource strategy specifically focused around talent acquisition, talent management, retention of talent and employee engagement to meet business objectives.

Julie is Campus President of Universal Technical Institute in Lisle. In her role, Julie directs various campus initiatives, including campus expansion plans, directs the staffing, training, development and performance of campus management and staff, oversees student enrollment, maintains regulatory, state licensure, and accreditation approvals, and implements campus policies and procedures. Julie has over 12 years of experience in higher education.
