As the fastest growing truck leasing company in the metropolitan area, Hub is aggressively growing and seeking an energetic Branch Associate to join our Farmingdale location in customer-oriented capacity.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who must possess excellent customer relations skills accompanied with good analytical and problem solving skills.
What You’ll Do
· Work the overnight shift to ensure administrative and maintenance work is being completed efficiently.
· Customer Service (phone and in-person)
· Review and prepare documents as needed.
· Handle incoming calls as well as customer contact via email, phone, fax, etc.
· Research special projects
· Assist in inventory duties (daily, weekly, monthly and annually)
· Process rentals (checking in and giving out)
· Documenting damage to trucks that are returned
· Fueling the customer trucks as they come in
· Additional duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
· Effective project management skills essential
· Ability to multi-task essential
· Excellent communication skills
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other PC skills are essential
· Possess excellent customer relations skills
