What You’ll Do

Join our team and experience a rewarding and challenging work environment with skilled and supportive teammates. We are currently accepting resumes from organized and team-oriented individuals who are looking for a career as a Sales Coordinator at Calmont Leasing located in Edmonton, AB.

As a Sales Coordinator, you will support the Sales Team in developing and maintaining their customer accounts. Some of the job duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Creating, maintaining, and reviewing vehicle files to ensure all documentation is in place including invoices, lien checks, concession requests, sales agreements, etc.
  • Controlling inventory by assigning stock numbers, setting up units in database, tracking stock, and performing periodic inventory counts.
  • Providing reports to the Sales Department and Management on statistical information.
  • Coordinating and preparing delivery and damage claims for new trucks.
  • Creating purchase orders and matching invoices.
    Filing all related documentation.
  • Performing other administrative duties, as required.

What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of related administrative experience.
  • Previous Customer Service experience is considered an asset.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the drive to meet tight deadlines.
  • Energetic and friendly with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and organize workload in a fast-paced environment.
