One of NationaLease’s most popular member services, the reciprocal service network provides emergency response 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to drivers experiencing breakdowns or needing repairs throughout the United States and Canada. The new ServiCenter Directory includes a number of improvements that provide drivers with the fastest response time in the industry.

The easier-to-navigate directory requires that a member company whose driver needs assistance simply enter the address of where the truck is located. Immediately, a map appears showing all NationaLease members in the vicinity and their full contact information. Members can call upon any of the 600 service locations backed by 36,000 pre-approved repair facilities and service vendors, staffed by more than 7,000 technicians.

The ServiCenter Directory allows members to view all service locations and instantly obtain contact information; learn about NationaLease-provided substitute vehicle policies and procedures; and download certifications of liability insurance for substitutes. The site also includes a training film to educate staff on what constitutes a reciprocal service emergency breakdown situation and what procedures to follow.
