AmeriQuest and NationaLease Announce Merger Closing

December 6, 2006, Cherry Hill, NJ — NationaLease Purchasing Corporation (“NPC”) and AmeriQuest Transportation and Logistics Resources Corp. completed their previously announced merger last week when shareholders of both companies offered their overwhelming support by voting in favor of merging the two entities.

As a result of this nearly unanimous support, NPC and AmeriQuest proceeded to close on the merger in the Philadelphia office of Dilworth Paxson LLP. The unified AmeriQuest leasing participants operating under the NationaLease brand has formed the largest leasing organization in North America with more than 700 locations allowing NationaLease to more effectively compete with current industry leaders.
