Jim Airoldi, Sr. – Airoldi Brothers NationaLease Jim Airoldi, Sr. is currently serving as a member of the NationaLease Board of Directors. Mr. Airoldi has been in the truck lease and rental business for almost 50 years as a part of Airoldi Brothers of Oak Creek, WI. Mr. Airoldi received his degree in finance from Marquette College and began his full-time tenure in the family business. In 1968 Airoldi Brothers had 75 trucks and 1 location, Mr. Airoldi has been the driving force behind the success and growth of Airoldi Brothers which now boasts over 878 vehicles and 2 locations. Mr. Airoldi is actively involved with the American Cancer Society, various local sponsorships and is Chairman of the Boy Scouts of America. Mr. Airoldi has been married to Carol for 42 years, has 3 children that are all very active in the success of the family business and 9 grandchildren that he adores.

Fred Bentley – Bentley Truck Services, Inc., a NationaLease Member Fred Bentley is currently serving as a member of the NationaLease Board of Directors. Mr. Bentley has over 30 years experience with truck leasing and truck dealerships. Mr. Bentley founded Bentley Truck Services, Inc. in 1991 and has served as president from its inception. Mr. Bentley has worked diligently designing and developing state of the art facilities to accommodate multiple business use and is recognized as a leading regional truck leasing and truck dealer in the mid Atlantic states. Mr. Bentley currently is serving his second term on the Hino Trucks dealer advisory board. Mr. Bentley is married to Donna, has two children and resides in Woolwich, N.J.

Thomas Brown – Brown NationaLease Tom Brown is currently serving as Past Chairman of the Board for NationaLease and has served in numerous NationaLease leadership positions since 1977. Since 1968, Mr. Brown has been employed by Brown NationaLease which was founded in 1940 and remains the oldest full service truck leasing company in the Midwest. In 1968, the company operated 70 vehicles and today operates over 3,400 vehicles from 19 locations in Iowa and surrounding states. Mr. Brown became President in 1973, majority stockholder in 1978, and only stockholder in 2001. Mr. Brown is also the owner of a dedicated contract and logistics firm, a finance leasing company, a mobile services company, a public warehousing company, and a managing partner in a real estate holding company. Mr. Brown has served or is currently serving as Convention Chairman for the Iowa Motor Truck Association, on the Cornell College Alumni Board and President’s Club, Chairman of the American Truck Dealers, Chairman of NCM Associates, Board of Trustees of Rust College, Chairman of the Board for the Truck Rental and Leasing Association (TRALA), and Chairman of the Board for Farmers Insurance Group of Companies. Mr. Brown’s civic interests include the United Way, Variety Club, Child Abuse Council, Boys and Girls Club, Boy Scouts of America, and the American Cancer Society. Mr. Brown received his B.A. degree from Cornell College in Economics and Sociology. Mr. Brown is married to Michelle and has two children.

William Brown – Leroy Holding Company, Inc., a NationaLease Member Bill Brown is currently serving as Treasurer on the NationaLease Board of Directors and has served as a Board Member and Chairman for AmtraLease and Treasurer for AmeriQuest Transportation Services. Mr. Brown has been in the truck lease and rental business for over 50 years. Mr. Brown began his career at Ryder Truck Rental in Buffalo and was quickly promoted and established the Albany, New York Ryder facility. In 1968, Mr. Brown left Ryder to become Executive Vice President of Luby Brown. In 1975, Mr. Brown left Luby Brown and started Leroy Holding Company. Leroy Holding Company has now grown to include 11 locations and 100 employees. Mr. Brown has served or is currently serving on the Board of Hope House, the Board of the Regional Food Bank, the Association of the Blind, and Interstate Insurance Company. Mr. Brown earned his degree from Canisius College. Mr. Brown has been married to Isabell for 54 years and has two children.

Thomas L. Bylenga – Star Truck Rentals, Inc., a NationaLease Member Thomas L. Bylenga is currently serving as a member of the NationaLease Board of Directors. Mr. Bylenga is President of Star Truck Rentals, Inc. of Grand Rapids, MI. Mr. Bylenga joined the company in 1980 as Controller and Counsel until being appointed Executive Vice President in 1982. Star operates 16 locations in Michigan and 1 in Goshen, Indiana. Founded in 1865, Star has been in the Bylenga family since 1916. Mr. Bylenga serves on the Board of the Michigan Chamber of Commerce, is past President of the Car and Truck Leasing Assoc. of Michigan, and is Secretary and a board member of Feeding America West Michigan Food Bank. Tom earned his B.A. with honors from Denison University and a Juris Doctor Cum Laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. He has been married to Kay for 30 years and has 4 children and 7 grandchildren.

Douglas Clark – AmeriQuest Transportation Services and NationaLease Doug Clark is currently serving as the CEO of NationaLease. Doug Clark has served as President, Chief Executive Officer, and a director of AmeriQuest Transportation Services since 1997. In December 2006, he also assumed the title of President and CEO of NationaLease when the two organizations merged. As founder of AmeriQuest, his charismatic leadership has propelled the company into one of the leading-edge business services companies in the transportation industry. Mr. Clark honed his business skills with stints in public accounting and investment banking. Prior to founding AmeriQuest, Mr. Clark was President of AmtraLease, a national association of independent full-service truck leasing companies. From 1979 to 1990, Mr. Clark operated several truck dealerships and truck leasing companies. From 1973 to 1979, he held several executive positions with a large regional truck leasing company, most recently as Executive Vice President. From 1968 to 1973, Mr. Clark was a Vice President and Director of Drexel Firestone Inc., an investment-banking firm and predecessor to Drexel Burnham. Mr. Clark is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Truck Rental and Leasing Association (TRALA) and AAA South Jersey. Mr. Clark received his B.A. in Accounting from University of Miami and his M.B.A. in Finance from Drexel University. Mr. Clark is married and the father of five children.

Paul DeCarolis – DeCarolis Truck Rental Inc., a NationaLease Member Paul DeCarolis is currently serving as a Director on the NationaLease Board of Directors, was a Charter Member, Director and past Chairman of Amtralease, and a past Officer and Director of AmeriQuest. Mr. DeCarolis is the Chairman of the Board of DeCarolis Truck Rental, Inc., one of upstate New York’s largest independent truck rental and leasing companies. Mr. DeCarolis worked with his father, who formed the company in 1938, during his early childhood years, ultimately taking control in 1961. Under his leadership, the company has grown steadily and has been recognized several times by the Rochester Business Alliance as one of Rochester’s Top 100 companies. Mr. DeCarolis is currently a member of the Board of Governors of the Transportation Council of the Rochester Business Alliance and a recipient of its Transportation Executive of the Year and Distinguished Service Awards. Mr. DeCarolis was also a past Officer and Director for over 20 years of the Truck Rental and Leasing Association (TRALA) and has served on the NYS Advisory Board of Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. Mr. DeCarolis’ activities have not been limited to the transportation industry, but have always included charitable organizations. He is an active member of the Rochester Rotary Club, on the Board of Directors of the Italian Heritage Foundation of Rochester and serves other charitable organizations in the Rochester area. Mr. DeCarolis has been married to Annette for 41 years and has four children and three grandchildren.

Bill Hicks – FirstLease Inc., a NationaLease Member Bill Hicks is currently serving as Chairman of the NationaLease Board of Directors and has served in various NationaLease leadership positions since 1998. After attending college Mr. Hicks was commissioned in the United States Air Force. Mr. Hicks started his career in the trucking industry with Ryder Truck Rental in 1972 serving as the Rental Manager to the Vice President of Domestic Operations for Freight Management Division. In 1999, Mr. Hicks became President of FirstLease Truck Renting and Leasing Company and currently still holds that position. Mr. Hicks is presently serving as the Vice Chairman of the Truck Renting and Leasing Association (TRALA). Mr. Hicks is married and the father of one son, one daughter-in-law and three grandchildren.

William Ilett Bill Ilett is currently serving as a Director-at-large on the NationaLease Board of Directors. Mr. Ilett was born and raised in Boise, ID. After his military service, Mr. Ilett graduated from Boise College, where he was student body president in his senior year. After graduation, Mr. Ilett secured his C.P.A. and worked in the truck sales and leasing business as an accountant. In 1972, Mr. Ilett formed and started his first truck related business. In 1982, Mr. Ilett formed another truck leasing business, which grew into the largest independent truck leasing company in the Intermountain West. Mr. Ilett sold the company to a publicly-traded company in 1995. Mr. Ilett has continued to operate a finance leasing company and does consulting work and seminars in the transportation field. Mr. Ilett led a group of local investors in bringing professional basketball to Southern Idaho in 1996. The Idaho Stampede was sold in 1999 to a national sports figure. The investor group bought the team back in 2001, and Mr. Ilett continues as the managing Investor of the Idaho Stampede, which is now part of the N.B.A. Development League. Mr. Ilett serves as Chairman of the league’s steering committee. Mr. Ilett is a Director of Western Capital Bank in Boise. He is a past President of the Boise Sunrise Rotary Club. Mr. Ilett has been very active with the College of Business and Economics Advisory Council, and past Board member of the Bronco Athletic Association. Mr. Ilett is currently the Chairman of the Boise State University Foundation. Mr. Ilett lectures at universities and teaches classes in sales and leasing on a national basis. Mr. Ilett and his wife, Christina, reside in Boise, ID and Palm Desert, CA.

Justin E. Johnston – Suppose U Drive NationaLease Justin Johnston is currently serving as Vice Chairman of the NationaLease Board of Directors. Mr. Johnston was born and raised in Glendale, CA, attended and graduated from St. Francis H.S. and California State University at Fullerton, with a BA in Business Administration. Upon Graduation of college, Mr. Johnston relocated to Long Island, NY where he worked for Hub Truck NationaLease for 3 years in sales under the direction of current CEO, Robert Slater. Mr. Johnston moved back to Southern California in December 2000 to begin his career in the family business of Suppose-U-Drive NationaLease and during this period has held several positions within the company. Justin became President, C.O.O., in November of 2006 and retains a minority ownership position within the company. In addition to running his own business, Mr. Johnston is also currently serving his first term as a member on the Truck Rental and Leasing Association (TRALA), is also a member of Vistage International, is a coach & trainer for the Mission Viejo Pateadores Soccer Club, is a husband and a father of one. Justin, Caroline & Liam reside in Dana Point, CA.

Tom Keefer – Kris-Way Truck Leasing, Inc., a NationaLease Member Tom Keefer is currently serving as a member of the NationaLease Board of Directors. Mr.. Keefer has been in the truck rental and leasing business for over 30 years. Mr. Keefer began his career with the Hertz Truck Division in 1973 and left Hertz in 1978 to form Kris-Way Truck Leasing in South Portland, Maine where he continues as President. Kris-Way Truck Leasing, a NationaLease Member has grown to be the largest independent truck leasing company in the New England area with eight locations in three states employing 225 people. Mr. Keefer is a past president of AmtraLease and the Maine Motor Transport Association. Mr. Keefer received his B.S. from Stonehill College located in North Easton, Massachusetts. Mr. Keefer is married to Kathy and resides in Cumberland, Maine. Mr. Keefer has five children, two of whom are in the business with him, and 5 grandchildren.

Elmer Pierson Elmer Pierson is currently serving as a Director-at-Large on the NationaLease Board of Directors. Mr. Pierson began his leasing and finance career in 1968 with the Hertz Corporation Vehicle Leasing Division as the Assistant Controller. In 1973, Mr. Pierson left Hertz to establish a vehicle leasing division for Regional Bank Holding Company where he served as Vice President and COO. Mr. Pierson then joined Dresser Leasing Corporation in 1976 as Vice President of Administration and Sales. Mr. Pierson was appointed Chairman of the Board in 1986. Mr. Pierson retired in 1997 as President of the Commercial Leasing Group. Mr. Pierson has served on the Equipment Leasing Association’s Banking Committee and has been an Officer and Director of AALA. Mr. Pierson served in the U.S. Marine Corps with the rank of N.C.O. Mr. Pierson earned his degree from Pace University. Mr. Pierson has been married for 49 years and has three children and five grandchildren.
