Please review this memo to familiarize yourself with how this may affect your rentals to Quebec-based Members should the need arise. Please note the memo outlines procedures for Quebec-based Members that need subs outside of Quebec. U. S. Members are encouraged to rent to Quebec-based Members, but to get a certificate as outlined in the attached Quebec memo.
