He joined the company in a Parts Marketing role for Detroit Diesel, and then transitioned into the service organization in 2004 where he was responsible for service documentation and parts cataloging. Kevin then assumed responsibility for the DTNA service training organization in 2006. Most recently, he joined Freightliner’s Natural Gas sales team after becoming involved in natural gas service readiness through his previous role.

Upon his retirement as a General Motors executive after 33 years of service, Jack Schickler founded three companies dedicated to vehicle field service with a focus upon trucks and heavy equipment. In GM, Jack’s experience included engineering, manufacturing, and field service assignments for an extensive range of engine control products and systems, including both gasoline and diesel electronic fuel injectors and emission control devices. He is thoroughly familiar with the requirements for technical service of such systems. In 1984, he founded GM TechlineTM as the worldwide system of computerized diagnostics and service information for GM vehicles that is still used today.
