Exhibitor Questionnaire

Exhibitors at the NationaLease Product & Technology Fair have a unique opportunity to spend time with maintenance and purchasing managers from most of the 165 NationaLease members throughout the United States and Canada--all in one afternoon! The registration materials provided to the attendees will include descriptive information about your booth, products/services, raffle prizes, etc. that will entice them to visit your booth. Please take a few minutes to optimize this opportunity by carefully responding to the following questions.

  • NationaLease Raffle Prize. All vendors are expected to participate in the game at the Product & Technology Fair, which will increase traffic at your booth. Please describe the prize you plan to donate (gift, product, other). To streamline the process, we request a single gift (rather than a variety of smaller ones).


  • Training Aids. Our maintenance managers are interested in learning about your company’s training aids: CD-Roms, videos, etc. Please tell us if you can (1) have samples of your training aids to distribute? (2) bring a list of your company’s training aids that can be ordered, or (3) or if training on-site is available?


  • What will make your booth special. Please describe the products you will display, the type of equipment available to view, your presentation materials, e.g., video, brochures, if there will be samples, etc.


  • Special pricing, discount, rebates, etc. If you plan on having any special “deals” available at your booth for this Product & Technology Fair, please describe. These “show specials” will also be highlighted and included in the Exhibitors Listing. Please include the first and last order dates.
