Idea Session - Don't forget to bring your "Ideas"
During this session, members present an idea, utilize an existing tool or one created in their own shop, share a best practice that has improved productivity, cut cost, saved time or money, or improved moral. Each member throws a set contribution
into the kitty. The members then vote on the top three winning ideas. Votes are tallied and the contribution is divvied up according to the number of participants. Past winning ideas have included: new or fabricated tools, policies, procedures,
employee training, and evaluation standards just to name a few. |

This session will highlight how the new technologies are affecting the PM process, and industry “best practices” for developing a comprehensive PM program that will help insure vehicle reliability, overall maintenance cost, and
above all customer satisfaction.
