Product & Technology Fair

One of the most popular features of the NationaLease Spring Maintenance Managers Meeting is our first class Product & Technology Fair. Last year’s event received rave reviews and 2008 will be even better.

The Product & Technology Fair will take place Wednesday, June 4, 2008 from 12:00-4:00 pm and provides our suppliers with the opportunity to speak to key decision makers in the rental and leasing industry. A heavily attended portion of the meeting, the Product & Technology Fair gives you one-on-one face time with your customers.

The exhibitor fee is $3,500 and includes a 10’ x 10’ booth space, any two attendees for all open sessions and events. Additional attendees for all open functions will be charged $795 and additional tradeshow and lunch only attendees will be charged $100. Additional booth space is available upon request at a cost of $500. However, Premier Partners are eligible for additional space at no extra charge.

Product & Technology Fair Registration

To register, simply click the “Register Here” link at the top of this page and provide the needed information. You will receive a confirmation via e-mail that will include your booth number and a link to the exhibitor company’s Website. An invoice will follow via mail.

Raffle Prize

For anyone who has attended our Product & Technology Fair in the past and for those of you attending for the first time, we strongly encourage and ask you to provide a substantial raffle prize, show specials, etc. to draw traffic to your booth. The raffle should be worth a minimum of $150. Click here to complete the Product & Technology Fair Questionnaire and submit to us your plans for the raffle or exclusive offers so that we can promote “what makes your booth special” to our members.
 
Freeman Decorating Services

Freeman has been selected as the official Exhibit contractor for the Product & Technology Fair. As soon as you register with NationaLease and receive your confirmation containing your booth number, contact Freeman through the noted exhibitor link to their Website and follow the prompts. Be sure to note important dates such as the discount deadline. Your 10’ x 10’ booth fee includes the pipe and drape, signage, and one 6’ skirted table. Please note that chairs and additional booth furniture is not included, but is available through Freeman.

Please use the instructed shipping and freight information to be certain that your materials arrive on time.

Space available for larger vehicles:

The Town and Country Resort and Convention Center has exhibit space that is large enough for you to exhibit trucks, tractors or other pieces of large equipment.
