In this session you will also have the opportunity to discuss 2008 Wish List items, present ideas on how to better utilize other functionality of the software and offer accolades on items that meet or exceed your expectation.

Reciprocal Road Service Update
NationaLease was established over 60 years ago to provide reciprocal road service for all members whose vehicles are traveling outside their domicile location. The reciprocal service committee will discuss:
- NationaLease member standards
- Test calls and why we do them
- How to handle a road call during normal and off hours
- Am I being charged correctly from the service providing member?
- Quarterly road service training and certification

Supply Management Update
Rebates – where we stand (YTD) and how we shall proceed.
Price Increases – Oil prices are nearing $100 a barrel these days. Prices have more than quadrupled since 2002 and seem to be heading in only one direction: up. The higher oil prices affect everyone. This session will touch upon what NationaLease is doing to help keep price increases to a minimum.
The Spend Management initiative: Define the Ariba/AmeriQuest, NationaLease relationship, what the members' role will be and the calendar of events leading to the initial project execution.

For members, by members, this session will give each member a chance to share their opinions on the problems we face today. We will also discuss what works and what doesn’t in vehicle maintenance. Product pricing will not be discussed, but all other subjects will be wide open. This is your session so bring a problem for your peers to help you resolve. |

Idea Session
During this session, members present an idea, utilize an existing tool or one created in their own shop, or share a best practice that has improved productivity, cut cost, saved time or money, or improved moral. Each member throws a set contribution into the kitty. The members then vote on the top three winning ideas. Votes are tallied and the contribution is divvied up according to the number of participants. Past winning ideas have included new or fabricated tools, policies, procedures, employee training, and evaluation standards to name a few.
