Ad Submission
Diamond, gold, and silver sponsors are entitled to a full-page, half-page, and one-third page ad respectively in the Annual Meeting conference program.
Full-Page: 8.5” x 11” horizontal or vertical
Half-Page: 8.5” x 5.5” horizontal or 4.25” x 11” vertical
1/3-Page: 8.5” x 3.5” horizontal or 2.75” x 11” vertical
Bleed: 1/8” required for all bleeds
All ads must be in a high-resolution pdf or eps format. The deadline for ad submission is Friday, August 20, 2010. After this date, we cannot guarantee your ad’s placement in the program.
Note: The tradeshow portion of the Annual Meeting will be held at The Ritz Carlton, 160 East Pearson Street, at Water Tower Place, located 0.2 miles from the Four Seasons.
